I mostly shop for yarn at Michael’s. Their Loop and Thread brand has so many color options that it’s my new fav go-to yarn for just about everything.
Just recently I was searching for just one more skein for a project and the Michaels closest to me was out of that colorway, I was able to check in the app BEFORE I even left the house so I knew I would need to go the my backup location.
What a nice surprise that I spotted a Jack in the Box nearby, we don’t have those in Florida. So not only was I able to pick up the much needed last skein for my project, but my favorite lunch as well. Win-win!!

Okay but WHY did no one tell me Michael’s is a hidden treasure chest?!
I’ve always been a Hobby Lobby girl, but Michael’s is like the cooler little sister — smaller, organized, and FULL of deals!
I walked in for grad cap decor and walked out with EVERYTHING I needed — glitter letters, mini florals, scrapbook paper, gems, paint pens — and nearly ALL of it was on sale or clearance!
Craft lovers, this place has it ALL:
• DIY supplies
• Floral + home decor
• Custom framing
• Party + seasonal stuff
• Art supplies galore
• So. Many. Stickers.
• And yes… tons of glitter.

Came here to get something real quick. Couldn't find it so we asked an associate. Sent us in a random direction and proceeded to get back to on the phone as if we bothered her time. Only to walk around the store more and realize every associate is on a private call and no one gives a single care. Won't be back.

Horrible management. Katelyn (sp?) Would not accept a coupon that was distributed by Michael's. Further, when I requested to speak with her she tried to pawn the job off on a cashiere that was the onlybone working registers and had a line yo the wall. Do yourself a favor, onto Amazon or Hobby Lobby. Avoid this store like the plague. Katelyn needs to pick another profession. 0% business sense and 0% personality.
