If you need to run a business through Midfirst then I suggest you avoid an account specialist called Jason who tries his worst to work at this bank , The man is incompetent and cannot do the simplest of task without taking an hour plus of your time and then still fail to complete the task. He is the reason we moved across to BOK,

Went inside for the first time a couple of Saturdays ago, the older blonde haired lady with glasses was rude. She had the other tellers help her with my deposits. I told her sorry the blank envelope without a date was for change. She preceded to say you told me it was a deposit now I have to reverse it. Then, she told me to move over to another window and wait for the other deposits to get done even though she still had some. Now, last Saturday everyone was very nice and offered great customer service. Hope I don't get that older lady again, would have to decline her assistance.

Always curtious, kind and considerate. Excellent on keeping track and contacting me when unusual transitions appear on my account.

A very bad customer service especially the manager of the branch, she treated us with weird attitude. I’m a US tie for 2 new arrivals refugees need to cash their checks from Catholic charities, she has zero knowledge about the Office of Refugee Admission and how to treat new customers. They were planning to open an account with the bank and deposit their benefits with midfirst bank but they changed their mind due to bad communication with them. Instead of calling main office she called the other branch who cashed their checks 4 days ago to make sure that I was the person who cashed the previous checks in 63rd branch. Please hire experienced and professional managers.

Put a hold on a cashier's check for like 3 weeks...Why? Their machinations stress me out. They need to hold their shekels as long as possible to further their own gain. Look up fractional reserve banking. It should be outlawed.

Been a bit of a rocky start so far. My account was opened without the correct social. That led to having no idea what online banking was saying over the course of a 3 day span. The customer service has been 50/50. That’s not the branches fault. What I hate about banking these days is that the branch can only do so much. It’s up to someone on the phone. It’s a bit frustrating. I will say that the tellers at this location are great! Super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.

Still don't have my money midfirst stole from me. ?This location couldn't care less about you. Especially their branch manager? Kathy? The audacity of using my own card with my own money and it being compromised, and she wants to turn it around on me. "Oh where you shopping online?" I guess the more rude and condescending you can be, maybe you'll move up in this company. Their customer service (1-800 number) is about the same. She suggested I use another card next time. ?Will be closing my accounts as fast as I can.Edit-Midfirst has now taken $300 out of my account with absolutely zero notice. I now have to wait 30-85 days to find out if I win my investigation to find out if I get my money back because their bankers are not capable of doing their jobs correctly.I closed all my other accounts and moved to weokie.

This place is so slow. The people are quite snippy and impatient. It's closest to my house but anytime I can avoid coming to this location I will take it...

After 18 Years I'm done. Every time I try to get an issue resolved I get ignored or blown off. If you're not a major business you don't matter. The last 3 years I've been stationed out of state and it only got worse. I've been a Midfirst Bank customer since I was 15 and I'm never going back. They do not care about you, and if you're in the military you matter even less. Literally the most difficult bank I've had to deal with. Second worst, IBC is the worst. DO NOT use midfirst, use literally anyone else. I'm definitely going to warn all my guys stationed here to stay away. I’m so thoroughly disgusted with them and their corporate maliciousness.

My husband, myself and my daughter are all immunocompromised, I HAD to go inside to meet with a banker. I asked her to wear a mask and her response was "We're not required to wear them" There was one man working there who was wearing a mask. This banker had a bunch of Jesus stuff everywhere. Typical selfish Christian! I will be moving all my money from this bank. If you're into uncaring and rude, this is your bank! Perfect example as to why I hate Christians! No wonder people are leaving that rude and hate filled stupidity behind! holy holy

I had a pretty good relationship with mid-first for the first year however recently, I had a issue with them because there was a 3,000 discrepancy with a deposit I had made. The only reason I found out is because a week after I had made the deposit I went in there to make another deposit and they told me my new balance I noticed it was about 3,000 less than my last balance. I had a receipt from them showing my balance from the week before and I had not spent anywhere near 3,000 that week. I had eventually spoken with the manager RICK BREASHERS and right off the bat he was very defensive and talking to me as off I made the issue. I had shown him my records and he told me I should be keeping a paper ledger of my account and was trying to frame the situation as of I was burdened him with a issue I had made even though it was was the mid first staff that had made the issue. He had told me they figured the issue the same day it happened but the only way I found out was by going in there a week after it happened. I had told RICK BRESHEARS that the error on their end is not what made me mad it was the fact that I can no longer trust midfirst with my business banking because they didn’t even have the decency to notify me about a 3,000 issue. After telling him this he told me in a extremely condescending way, “ okay Sami I will let them know to call you when a issue happens”. The way he said that to me was the straw that broke the camels back and the reason why I fired midfirst from all of my business and personal banking.
