My grand mother and I had a very good experience here. The staff was patient and friendly. Especially the receptionist, Ashley. So far, granny is happy with her hearing aids as well.

The receptionist is very friendly.The wait time is under 5 minutes. I feel at ease to ask questions and get prompt answers Today I got a different method to insert the hearing aud—I will use that method.
