“Such Amazing staff! I do not remember her name but she was so so so helpful. I was there for a few hours today to get a new phone and wanted to start using them for service. I already use them for wifi and that gives a discount so that was lovely. I went to T-mobile earlier in the day an was told my phone wouldn’t suffice for a trade in and if I wanted the trade in to work I would have to purchase their premium service which is ridiculous cause the phone was in good condition. The lady at AT&T took the phone for trade in immediately and had no issues with it. Threw in my discount for being a WiFi user with them, and helped me set up my new phone. I was there for like three hours and she was so nice. Never made me feel rushed when we were trying to get codes n stuff. Love AT&T and highly recommend!”

Maybe this is just particular for me, but I can’t stand sales people.. I don’t like being pushed to make purchases and I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of.
She was great, very encouraging, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt like she was trying to push me in one direction or another simply providing me all the facts and opinions I asked for.

“This location is better than most. The employees are actually friendly and acknowledge the customers. They also have enough staff that I don't have to wait in line forever. I've had to wait long times at other locations when they only have 1 person working and they're in the middle of an activation. When I have to do something in person the SW 29th St store in OKC is where I go.”

I can’t say enough good things about ZAGG products and their employee, Frank. I’ve used Zagg on a couple of phones now, and their screen protectors are excellent—plus the warranty makes replacements quick and inexpensive.
Frank went above and beyond to help me out. He’s super friendly, personable, always smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I had an issue with payment, and he took the time to help me get it resolved, even sending me to another location to make sure everything was taken care of.”
