Got nails (dip) and feet (gel) done for an upcoming cruise. Came Wednesday (July 30,2025) and 2 of my dip nails have already popped off and we haven’t even started our vacation. I have not been in a pool or the ocean at all, but they suggested I get dip because it should be able to withstand that anyway. Aside from the two popped off nails, I can tell most of the others are likely going to come off next. I called the shop to let them know so I can get them fixed after I get back from vacation as I spent over 100.00 bucks for my service. Will update and see if they make it right next week.

Staff are crazy rude and they cannot do dip. They tell you what they want you to do instead of what you want to do, then say "You not happy say something now!" I've given them several chances but we are done spending money here.

We came last Sunday for the first time (our normal spot wasn't available) the gentleman who did my mani/pedi was fantastic. Very professional and personable. However, the woman who did my daughter's nails was not as great. She forgot to put the top coat on. We had to ask why they were so sticky and the man told us it was because she forgot a step. He even taught my daughter a valuable lesson, he had her go tell the lady. He told she had to learn to stand up for herself. It's been one week and they are popping off like crazy. We went back to ask them to fix them, and she said it was my daughter's fault. We will not be returning!! We showed our normal nail person and they said a step in the prep was forgotten which would cause this and the powder was over her cuticles. I just wish people owned their mistake.

I had my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday one was cracked and one was broken. When I went in, the man that sits there all the time and plays on his phone laughed at me. He said over real nail, what want me to do. Well, fix it?? Then he laughed again. If that’s the kind of mediocre nails this place wants to do, I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were really friendly and the ambiance is nice. My nails look great! I got a full gel set and they turned out better than expected. The prices were really reasonable too!

Cleanliness: Very well taken care of facility.
Stylist: I have gone to Mia for my nails since the first day I walked in. She helped me get my nails to grow & not break by using dip. Always have her put a design on, beautiful work.

Absolutely terrible experience! The nails were way overpriced and the quality is terrible. The owner of the establishment tried to get my little sister to give him her number and then thought it was funny when she was uncomfortable with the flirting (she is in middle school). Will never EVER go back to this establishment and highly recommend any woman or anyone who loves the women in there life to stay away from nails now!

Granddaughters nails began lifting after a couple days and 2 came off after 6 days. We went back to get them to fix them they wanted to charge us another $55 to fix their mistake-Bad Customer Service

Love the staff. But I have witnessed some assine behavior by some customers. Cursing and disrespectful, even in front of children. I would have called the police and had them banned for life.

paid $50 for deadass the worst pedicure of my life. SLOPPY polish. rude staff. dirty tools. i should’ve left when i saw the tools she was using on me. first time i came here was good, this second time has made me never, ever come back. if you’re a diabetic or have a condition that puts you at risk for infection AVOID this place.

They charged me $70! For my nails to look so bad. The thumbs not painted in back and on sides and they look grown out in less than 24 hours! The polish is messed up on left thumb nail. Came back to have them fixed they only wanted to fix the thumbs but nothing else and refused to refund me anything. She very rude and rough and was on FaceTime the whole time and just rushed through my nails. Definitely not returning here.
