I love National Car Rental!! I travel weekly for business and ALWAYS try to rent my cars from National. The cars are always newer, clean and their staff is professional and service oriented no matter what city I am traveling to. This is NOT true of other car rental agencies.

National at the Will Rogers World Airport has excellent customer service! Their team is welcoming, fast, and completely professional. The cars are well-maintained and clean. I have rented several cars with a funky smell. I can't tell if their deodorizer is the culprit or if they are trying to cover odors that can't be removed. I highly recommend National!

Although stock was low when I arrived to pick up my rental, a freshly washed SUV showed up just as I was walking onto the lot. The customer service agent told me I could take that car if I wanted. It was perfect as I was hoping for an SUV as opposed to a sedan. No issues with the car during my rental days. The check in process was longer than check out but part of the reason for this was that I arrived to the lot during lunch and there was only one CS agent. No worries though all worked out and it was a great experience.

Reserved a minivan in OKC a week ago and got to the outside counter at 12:15am. I called ahead. There were 2 ladies working for 12 customers and had no cars ready. One lady had to run to the cleaning station and clean a car, then drive it to the pickup area, then walk over to the check out gate and check the car out. The other lady had to remain in the office. So although both ladies were very nice and apologized and tried to help as fast as possible, it was about an hour wait. We ended up getting a compact SUV instead of the minivan and were told because the minivan was returned with a flat tire. The compact suv I drove off in had PM written on the window. I didn’t know what that meant until we returned it 2 days later and were told wow this shouldn’t have been rented. PM stands for perform maintenance I believe. Our tire was flat within a day of leaving the airport and we filled it up. Lots to unpack here, but the ladies did their best in a situation National had put them in.

My rental agent at OKC was very helpful in exchanging for another vehicle after the one I had displayed a tire warning light. The attendant (I think she is from Eastern Europe) was very understanding on what i wanted to do and got me into another vehicle in no time. I love NCR!

I love using National. I travel all over the country, and National is my go-to for rental cars. Get into Emerald Club and enjoy a better experience without the check in counter line.

Renting the car was hassle free like always. Did have an issue with the first rental. Left OKC heading to Dallas and car kept cutting out as if it had no fuel. Car actually died on me once I made it to Dallas about a mile from the National at the airport. Luckily it started back up and was able to swap it out. When I returned the second rental to OKC after my trip I was great by I believe Brian who was friendly, amazing attitude and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The front counter guy did phenomenal. He did everything he could to help us with our trip to Oklahoma after our cards were rejected by other companies. Highly recommend National Car Rental.

Over all National car rental is amazing. However their roadside assistance could use some training as well as independent rental centers that assist in roadside assistance.Renting a vehicle is smooth and easy. I use a corporate account. However, on my last rental, my vehicle was broken into and I needed to use roadside assistance. This was a nightmare experience. They sent me to the closest facility since the windows were all smashed. That facility sent me away and told me to drive to another location 30 miles away. I left and called roadside assistance and they informed me to go back to the facility. I had to argue with a guy for thirty minutes before he would even look up my account/rental agreement and then decided to help me.Overall we are looking for a different company to provide our rental car needs.

I have been using National Car Rental for many years. They always have the type of vehicle that I need. Renting is very simple as is the return check in. National Car Rentals are most consistent at any of their kiosks.

So easy to pick out my preferred car at the Emerald Aisle. A very quick way to jump in a car and get on the road. I have rented two cars from National on two recent trips and both times the cars have been in great condition and the return service was fast, friendly, and professional. National also offers good pricing.

We reserved a premium SUV more than two months ago for a two week trip and they did not have it available when we went to pick it up. We were told we could trade it in at another location along our route. After a significant amount of time on the phone with local agencies and corporate we found this not to be true unless we wanted to drive hours for a return at the end of our trip. I do not recommend Enterprise or National, because reservations don’t matter.
