Stay away from Gartner Studios Planners!!!! The 2025 planner i just bought had missing pages, dates bounced from the 3rd to the 25th. Thanksgiving is in February, July and September in 2025. August was completely missing and half of October was gone. Very disappointing.

Went to go print off photos for Christmas presents. We were told to go to the self service. I got 90% of the way through that process before realizing they were just going to be printed on 8x11 printer paper. Told one of the managers that I was actually looking for 4x6 pictures. You know, like pictures. So she helped me at the front desk. Went to go pick up the pictures today and they are just printed on fricking normal printer paper in terrible quality. Obvious lines running from top to bottom. I don’t know how be any more clear with what I wanted. I wanted photos to put in frames not pictures for a third grade science fair diorama. Thank you for ruining our Christmas presents to family

Been going here for years to print or fax things, I don’t know why but every time I go in I have to use the printer or the fax machine and I always have something happen with the holds on my card the last time I was there and I had problems they was like we can do it for u so u don’t have to deal with the hold on your card to I’ve done that before well I went in yesterday 10-30-2024 in between 9am 10am I ask the lady can get get y to print and Dax something she was like while I would have to stop what I’m doing and do that u can use the machine I’m like I don’t wa t to because of the holds it puts on my card she just keep stressing how she didn’t want to stop what she was doing to help me mind u no customers are in at this time it’s just me so I just go to the machine and I needed to fax and print so I did have to run my card two time and it put the hold plus the fee the. Have to fax abd it make me scan my card again abs something happened and had to scan agin so now I have multiple holds on my card still have not got any of them back plus the holds and the fee i’m still trying to understand the point of the hold plus the fee so you put a hold on my card and didn’t even take it out of the whole amount but you took a whole amount and a fee so I spent like 40 something dollars at Office Depot trying to print off piece of paper and fax something I’m so bad because now when do I get my money back it’s been pass 24 hours all because of this girl with the hearing aid didn’t wanna help me I’m done using them for anything else update day 7 and still have not got the hold off my card

I had a great experience with Office Depot. Two employees, Marjorie and Austin really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for an upcoming class. If it wasn't for them, I would have left empty handed because the only solution I found was too expensive. Thanks for your help!

I went in not knowing exactly what printing services I needed for a big presentation. Romero helped explain options and show me examples. I was a little frantic given a tight turnaround, but Romero helped every step of the way. He was a lifesaver. His expertise, professionalism, and patience produced high-quality reports and one sheeters that stole the show at my work event.

Needed some custom stamps made. Walk in told them what I want. The gentleman made them for me immediately right in front of me. He confirmed my satisfaction every step of the way. Walk in and walk out with my custom stamps in less than twenty minutes.
