“Sent a few print jobs in for brochures this week. 2 out of 3 turned out awesome! The 3rd…not so much, BUT Jonathan “Paper Wizard” worked on it and kept me updated with the progress over the days. He didn’t over promise, but he did deliver. He took a not so great production by the print team and turned it around and also gained a customer who will trust him again when needed for an important print project.Jonathan is not your average employee. He stands out with outstanding customer service. He offered to refund my project and it wasn’t necessary. Jonathan went above and beyond to correct the situation. Well done, Jonathan!”

“When entering the parking lot please know that they have a drive thru warehouse. Look for there orange cones on the west side of there building and simply honk when you pull up. They will open the overhead door and you can pull in. They will fill your order inside. Awesome”

I can't comment on the chair itself as it has yet to arrive, and that is to be expected with the chair being a custom order, and considering the unprecedented pressure on the shipping industry at the moment, I don't mind a long wait time considering the situation. I believe the ETA was 2-4 weeks for my chair, thus if you want something for yourself, you may want to consider purchasing well in advance.”
