“I recently needed to change the toner on my laser printer and I had one from Toner Refill that I had purchased 5.5 years ago. I tried everything I could find on the internet but the printer did not detect the replacement cartridge. I had nothing to lose so I tried calling Toner Refill and they could not have been more helpful. I took the printer down to their location and Stephanie replaced the defective cartridge with a new one and didn't charge me anything. That is the kind of service that will bring customers back. I highly recommend this company.”
“Wonderful customer service!!! They very helpful and not pushy at all!! I went in looking for a small table to put our printer on for our home office. She found the perfect small heavy duty tv stand. She even offered to measure the furniture for us. And she fixed the scratches on the piece before we took it home. Pictures are before and after her touching up scratches. Highly recommend!”
