“I needed an upgrade to my operating system, a different hard drive, and a new keyboard, and mouse. They did the work in one day and it was the best price in town. They have great used computers, printers, and just about anything you need for your computer. They let me download my files from my old hard drive. I didn't finish downloading them so I need to call and ask if I can take my old hard drive in again and finish downloading my documents. I've used their hard drives, memory, keyboard, mouse, and they are all very kind. I highly recommend this place and their techs. I've shopped with them for several years when I need a replacement part or I need trouble shooting.”

When I was done, he asked sincerely if I was doing okay after everything and I almost cried. Not once has anyone me asked this. I will remember this stranger for a very long time. “Office Depot opens at 10 a.m. on Sundays, which was very helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if assistance was needed. I browsed for my products and was again asked if I needed help. When ready to check out, the cashier promptly came to assist me. Great service and products!”

“Recently made a purchase from this Apple store. In short, I went on an extremely busy night. Upon arrival I was checked-in and seated at a table. Unfortunately, I had the awkward pleasure of sitting near a manager and a customer who were at odds with one another. Needless to say the customer couldn't have been more disgustingly rude to the manager. The manager listened patiently and use such kind responses: "I hear what you are saying," "I hate this was your experience," "let us try to correct or make it right." The customer refused to give any grace for the manager or time of day (knowing that the mistake came from ordering via online and had nothing to do with the store itself). The customer was using profanity, getting in managers face, and expressing his desire to "sue" apple for their wrong doings. The customer continued to complain of wasted time and their poor attention to detail.With that being said, the manager kept his composure, stayed professional, used a calm voice, and treated the customer like gold through it all. My hat is off to Greg, one of the managers at this store. I am baffled at how irate one can become when something goes sideways. I understand the frustration, irritation, and inconvenience this may cause; however, it has been said time and time again that grace, kindness, and human decency can go a long way.I did make my purchase and I am completely satisfied thus far. Zach was an exceptional employee that answered every question I had, led me in the right direction, and made me laugh. I will def go back. It should be known that I had a multitude of employees greet me, ask me how I was doing, thanked me for being patient, or just simply smiled. While I didn't need to stay in the awkwardness of my position, there was also no where else for me to sit (it was busy and I am sure many overheard this conversation from where they sat, I just had a front row seat).Great job Apple, you are doing awesome things.”
