Slowest drive thru in town. They have got to do better. The other service at this Credit Union is excellent. The staff are very friendly. They just need to work on their customer service on drive-through to make us get through smoother and faster.

Member for over 30 years. I've tried other banks but I've been exclusively with OECU/OKCU for @ least 15 years. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. With the app you can control multiple accounts including transfers and deposits with ease +there are service centers all over the city for later hours. There are even bank branches in NE & NW OKC.Highly recommended...

When my wife and I decided to purchase a new home in order to gain more square footage prior to the birth of our son, we turned to the team at OKCU for help in obtaining a new mortgage. Although my wife had worked with OKCU in the past, this was my first experience with the company.I am happy to report that our experience with OKCU was fantastic! We initially worked with Chad Stevens, and one thing we really appreciated about him was how responsive he was throughout the process. Whether by email, phone or text, Chad was always there to answer questions and to provide guidance. Chad was instrumental in helping us to lock in a lower interest rate (that was well below current market rates) by providing guidance when negotiating seller-paid discount points.We also worked extensively with Brent McGinnis, who was similarly great to work with. One thing we really appreciated about Brent was his flexibility with our time line. One thing that was important to my wife and I was to be able to provide a down payment of sufficient size that would minimize our monthly mortgage payment. In order to do so, we first had to sell our home in Texas. Due to the current interest rate environment, there were many ups and downs with the selling process. Brent stood by us the entire time, and was quick to help us understand the implications of various down payment scenarios.When it came time to close on the purchase, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Brent had made the time to attend the closing in person. In all my home purchasing experiences (12 in total over the years), I had never had the loan officer make an appearance at the closing.Throughout our experience, both Chad and Brent were highly responsive, were instrumental in crafting the financial structure we desired, and continuously made us feel like valued customers.

Pam is the most condescending, demeaning individual I have ever spoken to. There is a way to do your job while treating members with dignity. I hope you never get treated in the same manner that you treated me. You can market and present yourself as a progressive, inclusive institution, but your employees are what make you. At the end of the day, your members are PEOPLE. Remember that.

Always feel welcomed and the staff is very patient with me, when I have any banking questions or concerns. Teamwork is the most important thing to me and I was fortunate to have a kind & friendly staff assist me with my loan process. I feel safe & secure doing my Banking online & in person with Oklahoma Credit Union. M.M.B.

this credit Union it is not cool I found a card here I am trying to call and report it so that way the lady whoever owns it isn't freaking out or whatever and that way she knows that you know she don't have to stress and that way you know they can notify her so she can go ahead and get her a new card since I couldn't find her and you know what you can't report a card it is almost impossible to report a card I have been trying for 30 minutes now and nothing nothing and I get the same thing every time now maybe if it wasn't after hours it wouldn't be that way but I do not recommend this credit Union to anybody because if somebody finds a card and wants to call and report it awesome awesome for the for the people that are still honest you know but no they make it sure you can't even do that not to mention the telling people that they have on there they can't even look up the address to where one of these credit Union places are

OKCU is always the best when it comes to auto loans. I’ve had 3 with them since I because a customer! The first two was to refinance my two vehicles, then I was unable to continue driving one, so a new car was my only option. Super easy and they were able to work with me on the loan amount and my payment amount. I will be a loyal customer to OKCU for years to come!

This might be one of the worst credit unions I've dealt with. Each employee tells me something different each time I call. Nobody is on the same page. They've messed my account up several times when I wanted to set up two payments in a month rather than one. Ended up having to pay double car payment twice and one employee told me I was current. I get an e mail the next month saying I have a late balance due all while getting half the payment taken out of my account still. Never got an e mail to set up ach. Just made me look really stupid and nobody knew how to help in the multiple times I called.

From my experience, it is clear that the team at OKCU is customer service driven. This is 3rd auto loan conducted and each time the service and execution has been excellent. They have routinely been the most convenient part of all my purchasing experiences. I would encourage anyone to start here.
