Do NOT go to this place! I had a scheduled appointment at 5pm and I got there and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and the owner said his guy had already left for the day. I missed 2 hours of work to do this test and went all the way there for them to tell me they were not going to do my test for a job I'm needing to start. Poor professionalism and they do not honor their own appointment times.

Horrible smell like rice in the office the doctor was dirty if he was even a doctor and when I paid the money he put it in his pocket instead of register and said I had meth in my system when I know I don't and refuse to take another test without paying full price wouldn't ever recommend
