I had a great experience with On Call Moving! Blake made the booking process easy and took care of me by setting up two movers for my move. Gary and Larel were awesome—professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. They took the time to properly wrap everything and loaded the truck with care. The whole process was smooth, and I highly recommend On Call Moving for anyone needing a reliable moving service!

The movers broke several items. The driver drove the truck over the corner of my brand new driveway breaking an 18x18 corner off. Then there was an item that was taken from a dresser drawer. The item was there 30 minutes before they arrived and missing from the drawer that evening.
I've contacted the company. They told me to send pictures of the damaged items. When I followed up a few days later, I was told they were working the claim. The next follow up has so far been ignored.
If they follow up and attempt to make things right, I will update this review. But if you're reading it today, they have proven to be okay with their staff damaging and sterling your items.

Frank and Davion were fantastic. They arrived early for my move and did a load job in my Uhaul. Did a great job wrapping all my furniture and fragile items were handled with great care. Got me out and on the road promptly!

We moved our offices in the same building. Three young men came to move. They were very polite, and asked questions when needed. They also had a very good sense of humor. I recommend this company for any moving you need. We will move again to a different building in a few months, and we will definitely contact them again.

On Call OKC Team did an AWESOME job!! They made the whole process very seamless from the quote through the move. No surprises. They did a great job on moving day and we ended up needing more things moved the following day and luckily they had a crew available that was able to come and it really saved us!! With their help we were able to get out of the old house before closing and get on the road. Could not have done it without them!! Highest recommendation to them!!

The guys showed up right on time. They were very polite and professional. They were terrific problem solvers and were also very patient. I was kinda sad when they left! Thank you On Call!

The 3 guys were amazing, very friendly, they knew what they were doing, took my bed apart, and put it back together for me. Also they were very helpful. My next move i want on Call moving, with Maja, Jakari, Isaiah.

The 2 moving companies I had before were wonderful but I cannot help to be Very Unhappy with this company. First of all my 70 Inch TV was broken. I had just purchased it approximately a year ago. I already know that since he told me they were not liable for it then of course they do not care if it were to break or get cracked. There were several blankets that they could have used at the other house for the 70 inch TV but they were left there and one of the blankets were theirs. They cleaned out everything from the shed and they should have seen there was a box to the TV. Later that night I was ready to finally sit down and relax and watch tv but it was cracked. I called the company but they did Not care. He just said they were not liable. Furthermore, a day later I noticed that the only couch that I own was broken so I have to put a brick and a piece of wood underneath it and a stand up lamp couldn't stand on its own since it was broken so I will be trashing it. My boyfriend told me that he did not help at all loading or unloading anything. It was the MOVERS THAT DID EVERYTHING. Also my boyfriend gave them a $67 tip but of course, that was before we knew our stuff was broken. I called asking over and over for them to help me out but nothing. They did NOT care if we were happy and I waited for about a week for them to call me back to help me out. I could not understand this at all. I know the move was only 5 miles but they could pack and care more. I didn't want to write a bad review because I wouldn't want to do that to anyone but this was UNBELIEVABLE and for THEM NOT TO CARE! I hope my review says it all. Alright. You replied back to me that there should have been an immediate response to my broken couch and lamp. That was a very good excuse you got there. But some people have to work and I had to work that day so I could not watch your employees that close with supervision. I only found out about the TV that they couldn't seem to use all of my blankets or put it in my box that I had in the shed because I decided to finally relax and turned the TV on and then it wouldn't work and it was cracked. It was just a day later that I noticed the lamp resting against the wall since it could not stand up on its own and the couch was very wobbly. AGAIN NO CARE IN THE WORLD. And you don't think someone would be upset when their valuables are broken and cannot afford something new especially after moving! And you said- You have Integrity and care about people's valuables but with my case it was Not true. And you said to call for anything further but I know that if I do call it will Not do Any good anyways. I hope you and your crew will do better for others in the future and actually do what you say.

Great service from the consultation call to moving day! Other companies in town gave an excessively overpriced quote, and On Call Moving did such a great job for a really reasonable price. The guys that moved me on the day-of were very professional and clearly well-versed in their job. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I hope I never move again but if I do I’ll definitely be using On Call. Santiago Bell and crew were top notch and got the job done fast. Communication was great throughout the whole process as well.
