The pumps are repeatedly unavailable for credit card transactions, either because they’re down or intentionally turned off. This problem keeps happening and needs to be addressed.

Here’s a thought. If you’re going to have a drive thru, either commit to the posted hours SIX AM to 11pm or change your hours. Opening after 6:30 is ridiculous when it’s posted that it’s open at 6. Then when you get people in the drive thru you have workers walking to the back but not paying any attention to the window after the drive thru finally opened 35 minutes late. For TWENTY minutes. Not a single person came to the window. There were multiple cars waiting. To make it even better? Your phones don’t work, so you can’t even call the store to ask someone to come to the window.

I was sitting at a gas pump while they were pressure washing. They sprayed dirt and trash all over my car. Night manager didn't give a crap.
