The woman in the drive thru window today 9/2/25 was breaking every Healthcode out there. She was eating a banana while getting the items I ordered, while wearing gloves. This is disgusting and she would throw a fit if someone handled her items that way. Even had a huge bite of banana in her mouth talking to me. GROSS!

Poor management and customer service skills. I had went into the store with a friend late last year and before we could get to checkout, the manager (Kayla) had told my friend that he was banned and needed to leave. She then turned to me and said that she believed she banned me as well and told me to leave. She has never banned me and I did nothing to be banned. So every time she is working I can not go into the store without her saying something to me. The straw that broke the camels back was the morning I purchased a coffee and then a few hours later went to get a refill and on my way to checkout the manager had a few works to say along with a police officer (SGT Muse). Muse told me he could charge me with larceny of merchandise, trespassing, and that I spit on some guy the other day. All of these accusations are false. This is just another example of profiling and discrimination.

I normally shop closer to home, but I gladly drive about 20 minutes out of my way just to come to Store #127 because of Levon. His attitude and tremendous customer service make every visit worth it. Levon goes above and beyond, he’s professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping customers. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just another shopper, but Levon makes the experience personal and enjoyable every single time.
Employees like Levon don’t just represent the store well - they elevate it. He’s the kind of person who turns a routine shopping trip into a positive experience, and that’s exactly the type of leadership this company should be rewarding.
If anyone deserves recognition and a promotion, it’s Levon. He sets the standard for what excellent customer service should look like.

I ce through this morning because McDonald's didn't have OJ...I know. I asked for a certain brand but you did not carry it, thats not what this is about. What is about that sweet cashier brought the 3 that you do carry do I wouldn't be left hanging. Thank you...that was the kindest thing EVER!!!

So sick and tired of everytime I go there they never have what you want cause the general manager there is Incompetent and can't order the truck correctly and doesn't order enough or they're credit card machine system seems to always seems to be something wrong with it and it being down all stinking daily long and knowing that apparently just resetting the system won't fix it so instead of calling someone out to fix it let's just let it stay down all day and night and it's a no wonder why this store only has a 3.9 star rating cause of stupid crap like all this and let's not blame it on the vendors either....................... thanks

I love their slices of pizza in the hot box, but Everytime I order a full pizza to take home it's doughy! I cant even recook it to make it not doughy because it burns. Idk what the deal is because I've already been refunded for this issue last year and I figured let's give them another chance but the issue was never fixed. I'll just be taking my business to Casey's from now on.

Let me just write the song he has my favorite five star how's my favorite coffee Hazelnut and has a hazelnut creamer they're always stocked on everything they never run out you don't have to wait for them to refill something and if you do just go ask the counter and they are so nice
