Good morning,
Last night I got myself into a pickle and purchased a charger, the staff members on duty were kind and patient with me as i needed help, Astrid guided me with what to do with my wet phone. I ended up okay. Treating people kindly is important. (Btw my phone works) staff that cares about you, a warm moment out of the rain can change your perspective on things. Thank yall again and sorry for the inconvenience.

I came to the drive- thru, at 10:30 on this past Sunday night. It was a new person so I’m sure they didn’t know but they put the cone up too early. It was only 10:30 on Sunday oct. 19th@ 10:30 pm

I will stop in to get an icy and usually fill up for gas. Sometimes I’ll get a hotdog. They have great customer service, friendly staff.

This is my favorite place to stop for fuel, coffee, or snacks. OnCue is always safe and the fact it is completely covered makes it the best convenience store.

Worst oncue ever!! I wait in the drive thru for 20 min if loresa works the drive thru she talks with every customer and all the people are waiting because she keeps on talking and can’t stop! I had to back out and leave the drive thru and go inside and get my drinks myself because loresa wanted to keep talking to the car in front of me even though they were done with the transaction . So when I went inside and grabbed my drinks and left the same car was in the drive through, that’s how long one car stays in the drive thru. I will make sure I email and call corporate till someone makes some changes.

I just have to say hands down I love going through the drive through and every time I do I look for the lady with the glasses and the black jacket. I don’t know her name but she is the sweetest and always takes such good care of me and could talk to her all night. She has the best personality and always makes my night better! I look forward to going by just to say hi! Thanks Oncue staff for being so polite and kind.

I frequent this oncue drive-thru specifically for their fountain Dr pepper. I'm there at least twice a day if not more. I want to give a shout out to Derek for going above and beyond and always making sure I have a fresh Dr pepper. He's the only one that will change the bag if it's out. I want to thank Derek for going above and beyond for his customers. Managers this guy needs a raise! Thank you Derek You're the best!

I just have to say that the only reason I come to buy from your store is cause of the drive thru lady ms Loresa she has to be the most sweetest and polite lady and never have I ever had a bad experience with her and she is accurate and fast getting you your items and this is for store 109

This is a GREAT store, the employees are always so nice and helpful. Amazing customer service!!! My friend and I are known as the DP girls and we know them all by name, best store by far!!!
