Very clean, great staff. Typical of OnCue experience, which is why I love them. Kitchen staff (grill) at this one was very, very slow this time (20 min) but the food was good.

They aren’t to friendly I always get a bad vibe from the Manager and employees!!! The 2 employees that are nice is a young woman in the morning and a black woman in the evening shift that is the front employees!! I don’t know how the kitchen employees are but the front employees 👇🏽

Grill took 10 minutes to even start my order and then just grabbed want I wanted out of the front of the store. Didn't make anything fresh at all. VERY DISSATISFIED

A once worthy successor to the old 7-11 stores. They do not or will not allow for chip or phone payment on their gas pumps. This is either ineptitude or malicious behavior on their part to force you to say no to their car wash.

This is about the grill and they need work! I have ordered from multiple different oncue grills and always do them online everytime and everytime my order was ready when I got there. This location western and memorial i have had to stand there and wait more than 15 minutes once and the second time they said they didn't even get my order (the chicken taco) and rushed it and it came back so hard and way over cooked I didn't even eat it! I'm disappointed with this grill.

I would give a 0 but 1 is 1. Went there sober. Made a joke about ID. Refused to sell me alcohol. Went to 7 11 and wow they seen no problem.

OnCue at Western/Memorial in OKC is the cleanest store I've ever been in. It's easy off and on from Kilpatrick Turnpike. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I needed air for my tires. Air was free! Drive thru is convenient, also. My favorite OnCue store in the OKC metro area.
