The location on 63rd is amazing. Itās alway clean and well stocked even at peak hours like 5pm when I get off work. The one on NW expressway is always messed up or bare of products I want and idk what kind of silliness is going on so I just go to this one. Melody at drive thru made sure I got my tea with light ice haha and is so sweet and actually fast. She helped me one morning and was actually cleaning and stopped to help.

I only fuel at OnCue. I never have fuel quality issues and I love the huge shade/ cover over all the pumps to keep you out of the weather while walking to the door of the store. Highly appreciated.

Oncue is my go to for decaf coffee. Most other conventional shops don't sell decaf coffee. I can make it the way I want it and not pay 10$ for a smaller size from Starbucks. I have one request I have seen the frozen coffee machines in some stores and I wish that you could put one in for decaf drinkers like me. Love frozen coffee just allergic to caffeine

I paid on the wrong pump (usually itās an easy fix Iāve never had prior issues if itās happened) and the employee was attempting to show what the pumps read and the manager came up and began yelling at both the employee and i. Then proceeded to act as if i was causing a scene then proceeded to say that she would not be able to put my money on the correct pump and i was āout of luckā. This incident happened on April 22,2025 at 3:09 pm. Iām not only disappointed and angry with the treatment but also the fact i used the last of my money to put gas in my car for her to say im āout of luckā and yell at me and the employee and cause a scene in the middle of the gas station.

Do not pre pay for gas. Paid $15 got $4.71 in gas. Manager , Carlos, said he didn't know what happened out there. Would not give me the rest of the gas nor the $$. Saying it will go back on your card. It depends on your bank as to when you get it. That was the only money had left. This caused me to be unable to go out of town for a work trip. Carlos the store manager laughed.
