I just had the most FANTASTIC service from a young lady in the drive thru at the SW 119th Street location in OKC. Ashley met me at the window with a cheerful greeting, waited patiently as I shared my (longer than normal) list of items, filled the order in a heartbeat and left me with a wish for a pleasant day! Great job, Ashley!

Pretty good station for gas. Didn't have some prices on some chips. It is conveniently located right next to the highway. I got some Turkey Creek snacks hot spicy chicharrones and they weren't hot or spicy 🔥🔥.

Sheridan went above and beyond making pinwheels for our wedding. OnCue doesn’t normally do a four tray catering job but Sheridan made it happen, turning OnCue’s wraps into the item everyone couldn’t get enough of. If you haven’t checked out The Grill at OnCue, go by this location and let Sheridan whip you up a little something, you won’t regret it.

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Rosa, who has helped me at two different OnCue locations, including the one off S Meridian and Highline Blvd, close to where I work. As someone who works in retail, I know how important great customer service is, and let me tell you, Rosa is top-notch. I’ve never left a review for an OnCue employee before, but Rosa deserves all the recognition.
Her customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at OnCue. I have personally witnessed her go out of her way to help customers, both in english and spanish. She is very friendly, talked about the deals they had items I was purchasing, set me up with a Kickback card, and was very nice to me talking about our families. She's not just doing her job—she genuinely cares about the customer experience. Whether it's answering questions, offering helpful suggestions, or just having a positive attitude, Rosa always makes my visit smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none.
In retail, customer service can make or break an experience, and Rosa definitely goes above and beyond to create a memorable one. If you're ever at OnCue, ask for Rosa—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Rosa, for always making my experience so great! Keep up the amazing work!

I go to many oncues and this is by far the most friendly and clean. I am a regular and Ashley and all the others took the time to learn my name so they could greet me by name. This is a great example of how stores should be run.

Extremely rude people. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. No customer service regardless of the hundreds of dollars spent on diesel. The lady with dark hair, the manger, is the rudest person I have ever meant. She's definitely on a power trip and has no business in her position. I've read the other reviews, and there are many about this. My question is, why would a company keep someone like this in this position if she's always running customers off. If I could give a ZERO, I would!
We were parked in parking spots, with plenty of empty spots with a Handicap placard. It was clearly marked as parking. Her lack of consideration for the handicap is appalling and ignort on her part and protected under the law.
I will never give this store another dime.

Super clean! Good beer selection. The grill is right next door and looks like decent food. 10/10 one of the best.

While dropping off a friend at the airport I came in at this location exhausted and in search of caffeine and food. I was greeted by a wonderful manager named Sheridan who took care of me and made me a very delightful breakfast. The level of professionalism was exceptional and I would go out of my way anytime for this customer service experience again, Thank you Sheridan for making a rough morning so much better.
