If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. I was working at an event here for the nurses. My coworkers and I park where we always do so we didn't think there would be an issue, however this time there was. The employee who came to us about moving our cars was Tim Schreiber. We did not have a problem moving our cars but Tim was excessively rude to us. He came to us with hostile behavior and refused to give us a solution to the problem he created. If you are going to host an event you should be able to provide free parking for all of the employees. In addition to that, it is ridiculous and inexcusable behavior to get upset and verbally aggressive with people who were hired to work here when you cannot provide free parking.

Ridiculous wait times for prescriptions. They say 15 minutes, but be prepared to wait close to an hour if not more. Completely inconsiderate of their customers time.

I drive an hour and a half to this pharmacy once a month, to pick up my son's medications. They've always been courteous, respectful and speedy with their service. I used to use Walgreens (out of close-to-home convenience) for all of my son's prescriptions and that was a MONTHLY nightmare. It's nice to have a pharmacy inside of the hospital where all of my son's specialists are located. I've never had one single issue crop up with this pharmacy and after dealing with monthly issues from Walgreens for 7 years, OU Children's Pharmacy has been a very welcomed blessing. Thank you, OU Children's Pharmacy!

We love Childrens Hospital. My daughter had surgery for the fourth time and it went well because of Dr. Palle the nurses and everyone else on the medical team. Thank you so much Childrens Hospital for taking such good care of our girl.

Unreasonable waits. You could be in clinic and have the doctor write on the prescription that you need it now, and they will still make you wait. There is a huge miscommunication about the timeliness of filling prescriptions, as well as unprofessional behavior amongst the staff. If you are waiting at a Walmart pharmacy you don’t hear everyone gossiping loudly, at this pharmacy you will hear all sorts of gossip and banter, it’s hard to believe they are doing their job as fast as possible when they all stop to make eye contact and laugh with each other. Maybe set a professional standard that mimics other professional pharmacy’s?If you want your prescription filled within a certain time range you will need to physically go to the pharmacy and tell them, they do not follow paper orders or answer phone calls.

They have no idea what they are doing.i waited 2 hours for my prescription 1st time 40 mins and they said oh there was a problem with the insurance give us 20 mins. Came back 20 mins later and they didnt fill it. I had to wait another 20 minutes and they filled both medications and they were suppose to only fill one. It was a cluster. For a hospital that is suppose to be all about kids they were in no hurry and could care less if a patient was waiting.

So my son had a hip fusion yesterday on both sides. He Came out out about 3:30. I'm gonna say this first before I share my annoyance. The floor staff was nothing but nice in every way. They stayed on top of my son's pain. Now! I'm feeling irritated because I feel like he is being rushed out of here. The main thing I keep hearing is "we just need to manage his pain" and that's fine but I doubt 2 days is good enough( this is actually The first full day and it feel like they trying to empty the bed already)for a child with CP ,that just had both hips and legs cut on and bones cut. I wish these hospitals would really think about what's been done and have a realistic view ,the patients view.I definitely don't want to be here but I want my child to be able to be ok. I'm praying God do a miracle over night and I'd gladly take him home.

Took my 13 year old daughter to the emergency room twice because she was having severe back and stomach pain. Both times, sent home with miralax and OU doctors saying she had gas. Took her to an orthopedic a week later to find out she had a broken back. Also found out from the orthopedic that an "abnormality" was spotted in her back (where it was broken) on the MRI but OU failed to tell us or investigate further. They milked my insurance for $9000 and want us to pay $1700 more. This place is an absolute scam with bad doctors. Thanks for nothing!!!

Children's has outstanding facilities and made our safety the utmost priority during our stay while COVID was peaking. Their NICU team was top notch and took care of our family around the clock. I highly recommend this hospital for families.
