If you need drug assistance, please don't hesitate to ask the staff. I have been getting scripts here for over 15 years an they have NEVER made a medication error! This is a MAJOR accomplishment, especially when you consider the commercial pharmacies shortfalls.Brian, the manager is always there to support staff an clients. They will go out of their way to provide your prescriptions in a timely manner. It is THE premier pharmacy in the state for specialty prescriptions for infections disease an cancer medications.The staff is always on point, kind an caring. OU Pharmist Care Center, Specialty Pharmacy is Oklahomas soul source of specialty meds an low income prescription programs. All the pharmist an technicians are well informed, punctual an sincere about their duties an responsibility as medication suppliers.If you call the pharmacy, before noon, they will call you back the same day. Recently, they did a remodel to the pharmacy space an also added a user friendly app to refill prescriptions & communicate with staff. The secure, user friendly app also offers medication reminders. Completely incompetent. Asked a week ago to have my prescriptions mailed to me. Got a text 5 days later (on a Saturday, when they're closed), and another on Sunday, saying "your prescriptions are ready to pick up."I called this morning (day 7 after requesting mailing) and was told that indeed they had never bothered to put them in the mail. So now I have a choice between having them put them in the mail today & hoping they arrive before I run out; or taking time off work that I can't afford, to go and pick them up.Such lovely concern for the well-being of their patients!

Very nice staff. Professional and quick. Always answering the phone in a professional way and timely manner. Usually I call ahead to get a refill for my prescription and only had to wait once and it was about 10 min wait. I think they also have an option to request a refill online.

Nobody answers their phones, last time I had to call over and over to refill a prescription and this is the only pharmacy I can use and it’s 200 or so miles from where I live so stuff has to be mailed. Someone finally answered while laughing and said they would get my order filled but nothing was ever processed and I am now without my prescription! This should be addressed promptly!
