This is such a nice storage facility. We had a climate control unit for over a year. They keep it so nice and clean. It was easy access to their location and always felt safe when going to my storage.

You never had a check, it was set up automatically to draft each month, and the issue wasn't because there weren't funds in the account, it was with your software system rejecting the account. I've had this since June of 2020 and never had a problem until this month.

I do not reccommend. My experience was going great until they switched over managers and the new people didn't honor my insurance coverage or lost the paperwork, I don't know what happened. They charged me for tenant protection when I hadn't been paying for it because of my current insurance coverage. Then they charged me a late fee and wouldn't refund any of it after I re-provided my insurance coverage. Basically they extorted an additional $33 from me and who's to say they won't lose the paperwork again and charge me every month for this?!

Secure space at a good price. Units are clean which is important to me for my storage, and was easy to reserve. Would definitely recommend!
