  Incredible experience. From the moment my son and I walked into the store I felt a sense of acceptance that no other store in the mall matched. My sincere thanks to the astounding crew that encompasses pacsun Penn square. I absolutely will be back. PS my son loved the fits Rick and Lindsey put together for him :)

  They left EVERY single security tag. Didn’t even ATTEMPT to take them off. Now it’s Sunday I have to wait until noon to bring all my clothes back and make them remove them. Absolutely insane and not okay.

  Worker- “I honestly couldn’t”.
  Then they walk away.
  
  Is this what customer service has come too? They’ll probably ask for a tip when we checkout. Yes, we are still buying the jeans. Guess it’ll be a crapshoot if we chose the $35 jeans or not.

  Absolutely horrible!! I was not greeted by any employee! Online shows they have a ton of bathing suits when I got there they literally had maybe two tops and three random bottoms they didn’t even match each other. I didn’t even know who worked there and who didn’t
