Location… It’s by Quail Springsmall.14040 N. May Ave.Oklahoma City, OK Food is always good BUT service is terrible. they stay open till 11pm, which is nice BUT they are always out of food by 10! when they tell you they are out of what you want and it will take 15 minutes to cook, they sound upset because you are ordering the food you want and they have to do their job and cook it. They will also tell you they are out of the food you want and that it will be a wait to get it…. When they tell you that and you say “it’s ok I’ll wait “ they will all a sudden have it ready and say “sorry about that”. Such a joke! Them doing that makes me believe they want to keep that food for themselves and hope you don’t “wait” for it to be cooked. Another time I was there and they said they were out of food and told me that I would have to wait for it to be cooked and I said ok. Then they told me that they are done cooking for the night. SMH. Terrible service! It’s been like this for at least a year! I would be embarrassed if I was the manager running the place!

2024 edit: They actually have resolved the previous issues, so I'm upgrading them from 1 star to 4 stars. Sometimes there's a slow line, but they're at least not out of white rice now. Restaurant is clean enough. Ice maker is often broken so it keeps spitting out ice after you get your ice. But the food is good and new staff are friendly. So far in 2024, they've gotten my order right-- I hope that continues.Orders always wrong, tables always dirty, drive thru always takes at least 30-45 minutes, constantly out of typical menu items. I’ve given this place a chance soooo many times, but they keep screwing up time and time again. I’ve been told they are OUT of WHITE RICE (?!!??!) at least 75% of the many times I try to go to this location. Seriously? A chinese restaurant out of white rice that often? Ridiculous.The manager and/or staff are just incompetent. The teen taking drive through orders can’t get orders right and can’t keep up. They don’t cook more of typical things like chicken or rice until they’re completely out, so they you have to wait even longer for food. They often get the order wrong. It usually takes me an hour at this location to order, wait, and HOPE this place gets my order right. That happens MAYBE 1 out of 7 visits.I won’t go to this location again. They’re incompetent and corporate doesn’t care. I’ve reached out to corporate numerous times but they couldn’t care less. I’ve gone to this location probably 10 years— but never will again. They can’t get orders right and they constantly are out of menu staples. It’s frustrating and just absurd.

Went in for Teriyaki Chicken, which they were out of. Being out is fine, but just saying "we don't have any" is frustrating because we would have waited. Then when we asked for different entrees they gave us 75% broccoli in the broccoli beef, and very little chicken in the mushroom chicken. Also the worker shaked most of the entree out of the spoon. Yukon location is so much better.

I've been to many pandas all over the country as it's one of my favorite chains and this is by far probably the best one I've ever been to. They HOOK IT UP with the portions. A lot of pandas really like to skimp out and will give you barely any chow mein - NOT HERE. My plate always feels HEAVVYYYYY.? Also, the food is consistently always made correctly. The orange chicken is always perfect, never too saucy or vinegary and the chow mein idk what they're doing here but it tastes even BETTER than how it normally does. Normally I'll pick out the celery it comes with but here I'll eat ALL the celery because they're doing some black magic to make it taste good. And the noodles are always the perfect thickness, they roll them correctly. Even when they're busy they are able to maintain the same quality.

You're getting one star if I could give you less I would from me I walked in with my daughters we were the first people in line I got ready to order then all of a sudden the girl behind the counter asked me if I'm with the people behind me when I said no she decided to tell me where the line starts down there and you have to go down there behind those people when we were the first ones there we were first in line I refuse to go back behind people who came in after me and lose my place in line when I'm hungry so we left and we will never be back I don't know who that girl was but she needs to be fired

If I could give a zero I would, and if you would have asked me a day ago it would have been all 5s. I placed an order on the app, which always saves my address. Processed the order, thought everything was good. Then I saw the email and it said that the address was actually the address of the store location. So, I called and spoke with Erlinda, who is apparently the store manager who blamed me for putting in the address wrong. I explained to her that it was the app, and we had no idea it happened until we saw the email. I asked her if there is anything we can do? She hangs up. Called again, asked for a manager immediately, not knowing she was one. She said the phone had disconnected but that she was a manager and there was no one else I could talk to and hung up again. So I called back and said please let me talk to anyone else, even someone who is not a manager. So she then, not wanting me to call back, just sets the phone on the counter and leaves. So I call corporate while I waited. While speaking with them on one phone I called back on another and of course erlinda picked up again. She said the dasher was there and trying to deliver. I told her again that it was because the app messed the address up on accident and she stopped me and said that I had done it somehow on purpose? I told her that corporate wanted her name to which she said, I'll tell them it's your fault bye and hung up. Corporate refunded me fully, and I ended up giving that entire amount as a tip to the dasher who came and brought us the food anyway. I will never go back or order from this store. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but I'm not going to risk dealing with her again.

Why does my broccoli and beef only have 1 piece of beef in it? Like, seriously lol. And why did I only get 1 hot mustard packet? Bro...I've been taking Ls all year and now I feel like I took another one. I don't ask for much, I don't make a fuss, but man...smh. And the dude at the window was giving me this look like I owed him money or something, it was so weird.

Ordered a simple bowl and a girl told me to wait at the front door and someone will bring the order out. Sat in my car for 20 mins when all the other cars behind me had gone. Went inside and they had my food sitting on the counter. Horrible service!

If I spend over $45 on a family meal I’d at least expect them to fill up the entree boxes all the way. I have not had this issue before, so I’m not sure why it was different today. The manager was the one who filled my order. I guess the food comes out of her paycheck?

Went through the drive through did not get any soy sauce or chopsticks. It's worth noting that you could not pull a trailer through the drive through.
