Worst customer service…the staffs who were working there yesterday from 5:40 pm to 6 pm were horrible.We were there at around 5:40 pm or around 5:50 pm.They didn’t even greet us at all when we enter the store.I even took their videos just to see how they behave but they all were horrible.I had to purchase something so i did anyway without their help and during the whole transaction she didn’t even bother to talk nicely at all.How can somebody show this kind of behavior to their customer?Whoever is the manager here,please try to focus on your customer service!!!

My husband and I decided to come to the store today, Feb 13th to make an exchange. It was around 3:30pm when we entered the store and they weren’t busy at all. We’ve noticed that their employees at that time weren’t welcoming and being unprofessional. My husband saw them smacked each other’s butt and they were loud and obnoxious. They seem to be too busy chatting with each other than helping any customer. My husband ended up leaving the store without me because he felt disgusted. And when they did helped me, they weren’t helpful and I felt rushed. I made an exchange and I think the person named Jamie who helped me made a mistake on my transaction. She didn’t even ask my email or anything for warranty. Horrible customer service and bad experience for a Valentine’s Day.

I love shopping at Pandora for cute and personal gifts. Today I came during to an advertisement sent to my email to receive a jewelry box with purchase. Made my purchase but was told they are out of jewelry box. This is 2nd store that I have had this happen at. I hate that they promote things but don't have enough supplies for the demand.

This used to be my favorite store, but the quality and customer service have gone downhill so much. Tammy upsets us even before we entered the store, when she rudely asked my friend to “back up” when she leaned forward to look at one of the display while we were waiting in line at the door. Can’t believe a manager can have such unprofessional attitude. Other staffs are also cold and rude, they seem extremely bothered when we asked to look at several different options, didn’t give us any suggestions, just “that’s all we have” when we gave them some preferences. When we asked to get our jewelry cleaned, they refused saying that they don’t offer jewelry cleaning during sales and holidays, even though the same lady was cleaning SOMEONE ELSE’S jewelry before us. We did not spend thousands of dollars here to get this kind of treatment. Very disappointed.

Wonder service by Lisa, as she worked with us on Christmas eve to make everything special, I wish there were more awesome sale representatives that work as hard as she does, I hope management recognizes how appreciative we are. Thank you Lisa!

My boyfriend bought a ring and an associate promised that it’ll be shipped. Was ordered on December 9th and it said arrival was December 13th. Never got the package nor a ring. Got a confirmation email but thats it. Im disappointed

to start off, this is not the first bad experience i’ve had in this store. the first time was back in june i went in to get the ring my boyfriend had gotten for me replaced because even though i had only had it for a few months and took really good care of it, the rose gold plating on it was rubbing off & my stone was loose. i spoke with an associate and the manager who both told me that it was just “wear and tear” even though i had only worn it a handful of times & took very good care of it. they replaced it for me, but the manager was not very nice to me about it. she gave me an attitude and said that they would replace it but if something were to happen to it again, i’d be sol. and then I went in yesterday and purchased 4 charms and got the free limited edition holiday bracelet as part of their current deal. everything was fine. went home and decided to come back today and get a smaller size as i thought the bangle was prettier on its own and i didn’t want to put charms on it.so i came back today and the girl who swapped the sizes for me kept insisting that i keep the size i originally had even though i specifically said more than once that i didn’t want to add charms. i know it’s part of their job to upsell and get you to come back/buy more. but i spend 160$ in there yesterday. all i wanted was a bracelet with a bit more of a snug fit so i could stack it with other pieces.i don’t know what it is about this store, but a majority of the girls that work here (management included) is just really, really unfriendly. the one girl i actually liked seeing when i went in left & now i absolutely hate going in here. even if it’s just for a cleaning. i know it’s the holidays and everyone in retail is stressed (myself included) but this is a year-round thing. this store really needs to work on its customer service.
