They changed my tire so I'm thankful but they didn't put the air cap back on my tire and now that I know it's not there it's bothering me.

Tommy was so very helpful. I was pretty frazzled when I walked in the door. His positive, friendly demeanor really helped calm my anxiety. I will definitely be returning to pep boys on nw expressway!

Went in for all spark plugs to be changed. Service was quick and efficient. Gave me a rundown of everything else needed done with the car without trying to force more service in the moment. Gave me the paperwork and pricing and said to set an appointment whenever ready to have more work done. Overall great experience

Well, I don't know where to start. If I hadn't had problems before, I wouldn't post my current experience. I started off with a 3pm appt. The tech was out for lunch then my car got back at almost 4pm. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I have been screwed before on tire rotation, so I now mark my front tires. At almost 5pm they said my vehicle was ready. I went to get in my car, then low and behold the tires that I marked were not rotated. At least the guy didn't try to lie about it and took ot back. They weren't happy, but the tires did get rotated. The other thing is every time after the oil change, the car computer for the oil change warning doesn't get re-set. I've used Pep Boys for the last 5 times, may need to ask around for a better place to go. I feel like this particular location does not care about their customers, and feel like concerns are not taken serious 😕. Had a problem with their coupons as well, won't get into that LOL. There from just before 3pm to 5:23pm

Unlike so many other repair shops, they offered free diagnosis AND were willing to quote an accurate amount for my repair before I even towed it in! I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and quick turnaround time with getting the starter replaced on my Scion. They charged me $550 where Big O would have charged $1,200. Thank you all for getting my car back up and running so quickly!
