Incredibly reasonable, fantastic staff, locally owned. Got 2 cats neutered took less than 3 hours & cost less for both here than just one at most clinics in OKC.

Love this vet practice - had recent doggie emergency worked us right in. Staff very supportive & which made me calmer; recommended beginning treatment plan and took her back immed. Staff contacted poison control (their own initiative) to verify treatment was appropriate and yay, spot on and LuLu Magoo treated/home that evening! She had slow couple days but fine now.

took my 5 pound chihuahua for grooming he has the typical feathered tail, then I picked him up and the groomer took it upon herself to chop off his tail into a blunt tail, so after that I told them to never trim or cut his tail again, took him in for his next grooming and told them again not to touch his tail they insured me they wouldn't had notes not to trim his tail, well low and behold went to pick him up and his tail was trimmed again so I questioned it and Sarah tried to tell me his tail hadn't been trimmed which I said well some one trimmed his tail and she argued they had not, needless to say I will go back but Sarah will not be his groomer any longer. I wish I had raised cane the first time she chopped his tail off. From now on will take a picture of his tail the day of grooming in case this happens again. Giving a 2 star only because of this particular groomer.

Honest staff, willing to help in giving other options if no appointments are available for that day. Seemed like a lot of people take their fur babies there. Clean.***first visit you must leave pet in car untill you complete the paperwork*** (which you can take back to your vehicle to fill out.)

I adopted my twins from a kill shelter 13 years ago. They are not friendly with other people or animals. Dr Fruitt and the staff are great with Piper and Kinzy. The tech took a lot of time with Piper who was very fearful. She took Piper's leash to walk her as part of her exam. As I turned to say, " she won't go with you" ...off she went. I really appreciate the time they all take to work with my girls. I also appreciate the time they take to provide options for the care of my girls.

I brought my dog in for her flu shot. I’ve been bringing her here since she was 8 weeks old. She was in & out in a very short time. The staff is friendly & helpful. I definitely recommend them.

They groomed my dog like I wanted. Golden Doodles need to be bushed out and it takes some time. These women did a fantastic job. If you have a doodle I suggest you go to this shop which is locally owned. They cut her to perfection and didn't have to shave her down. They actually suggested to keep her coat at current length and they would even out her coat. It also makes it easier for the groomer if you keep up with brushing their coat.

I have never been to a grooming salon like this one. All the employees and veterinarians are the most pleasant and courteous people you will ever meet. They did an excellent job on my two dogs. They have my respect because my dogs loved being there. Great place to takes your animals for their grooming and veterinary needs!

I was told Pet Vet was good but I wasn't expecting the absolutely amazing service i got. I initially went in for a 2nd opinion for my 7 year old boxer but the team we worked with made us feel like family. The vet came in and talked to us and explained exactly what's going on with our pup. They didn't makes feel d*** for asking questions, they were more than willing to answer whatever questions we could come up with all the way down to changing our pups diet. The vet and our tech were absolutely amazing and I would give the whole team a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, politeness, knowledge, compassion, and so much more. We have found our new vet!!

Very friendly staff! My first grooming, very quick! My Sadie was only there couple of hours, instead of all day. I love the lady that sings to my Sadie. That has to help her. She always so scared.

let me tell you about my experience. the first one was great. i felt like my puppies were treated well even with a small hiccup of nicking my oldest dog. haircuts were great and my pups seemed to do well. bring us to the next visit... took 3 weeks for my 3 to get an appointment to get shaved down. they told me i had to get the kennel cough vaccine. our vet said pick it up at tractor supply and we did...So the appointment day came and they argued that the vaccine give had to be administered by a licensed vet by state law however that was untrue as I later found out... the pups had be shaved with this 100+heat... so i said this is ridiculous but just do what it's gonna take to get their haircut. it cost me an additional $150 on top of the grooming cost. I got three calls throughout the day one was they nicked one of the pups nipples... Within minutes it was sorry we actually nicked her arm pit... Then I third Cole stating I'm sorry she's going to have to have stitches and we're going to have to sedate her. This pup weighs 6.3 pounds and is nine years old , I can't understand that you were so rough with her that you didn't see that she was bleeding. She is white overall with black spots. after the sedation my husband went to pick them up at 4 o'clock. We were not only charged $150 for the vaccines but we were charged for all three dogs to be groomed. Then they made an appointment for a return so she can get her stitch it out , and I'm assuming that we were going to be paying for the sticker removal. sad part of the story is they were still very insistent that this vaccine had to be administered by a licensed vet. My husband had already found out that that was untrue statement. He made the analogy to the general manager. How would she feel if somebody cut her kids ear while they were cutting their hair. Would she still pay for it? Would she bring her kid back? Little did they do to make the situation right other than I'm sorry it's our policy. I spoke with the general manager today and they did refund the Grooming charge of $50. However it doesn't help the fact that $150 were into for shots that we didn't even need because they had already had the Bordetella vaccine two weeks before hand. I think it's a sad place that people think it's OK to rip you off and think nothing of it and then cut your dog and don't offer to discount anything at that point. While it took me calling, all I can say is they won't go back there the job that was done was not that great anyway. I'm very disappointed that money comes before other things.

I really enjoy taking my pups here for both grooming and their shots. They are the only ones who could get my dogs cut right. And we tried some of the big box and local places. They either left my dog with allergies or cut her bald because they would say she was matted (which she wasn't). They also have a low cost weekend so you have get all their shots under 50 bucks or so. I can also get rare food brands here.

I have been using Pet-Vet’s clinic, store, and grooming for nail trims for about a year now and am highly satisfied! I really have to brag on Haley in grooming!! My pup is SO nervous when she gets her nails trimmed and Haley has been so good working with her and being patient and kind (and giving lots of treats and love to my pup!!). I truly don’t know what I’d do if she ever left!!! The shop girls are great too and always are kind and offer to take my food to my car for me and help me find anything or with any questions anytime I come in. Highly recommend. Also, can’t beat the clinics prices for great quality of care!! Don’t miss out on the low cost clinics either!!

I brought Gracie to pet vet for a second opinion. They helped & gave me several options to help my baby. They even called after I left with another option. Very impressed pet vet will be my new vet for my babies.
