Can't combine in store discounts with manufacturer coupons that sucks. And I couldn't add rewards either because of the coupon. Saving money isn't an option at petco lol but their employees are nice so 4 stars

Horrible customer service. The manager Page is very rude. I went in needing help and she told me to look it up myself. Then proceeded to tell me how I inconvienced her while she was helping a customer. I never asked her for help. I was speaking with the cashier whom asked her for assistance and instead of being considerate she laughed at me walked into the office and refused to help me..

This was 2nd time Petco groomed my Yorkie. The first time Tina was the groomer and she did an excellent job, doing exactly what I ask for. She said she had no problem with my baby, as I have been told by every other groomer. I took her back to Petco a couple days ago and Michael was the groomer. My baby looks awful. I asked for Teddy bear cut. Her face is totally uneven and looks ridiculous. I asked for her ears to be trimmed and ponytail hair left long. Ponytail hair shaved and ears left with long hair. Michael said she was afraid of clippers and that was his explanation for this horrendous grooming. This is the first time out of a dozen grooms that anyone has told me this. Always got good grooming before. If you use Petco, request Tina. I would not recommend Michael for a groomer.
