Manager was rude and treated me like an idiot. Even after saying I’m new to having a dog and didn’t want to change his food for stomach issues. I had rescued him from the streets 6 months ago. He came to my fence wagging his whole rear end. All matted up and starved. Called him Scrappy because he looked like he had been in the streets for months. The traffic near my house is insane! Not named after Scappy Doo! Called Humane Service and they told me to just take him in to be put down! No way I was going to do that. He’s a sweet medium sized dog. My dog now. My best friend. Petco should treat me as a dog rescue person and not some scumbag off the streets. 28lb bag of Tatse of The Wild dog food. Not like I was buying Ol’ Roy or whatever. On top of that, I have a broken left foot and cannot work due to a not-at-fault car collision. Very poor but my dogs food is higher quality than mine. Totally worth it.

Horrible experience, cancelled my dogs grooming appointment with no notification after confirming on text and email, then waited 15 mins for someone to check us in just to find out it was cancelled, then received a text that it was cancelled while I was standing there.

Went there for some fish and shrimps. Sara is absolutely amazing; Very knowledgable, passionate with her job, and makes sure i have all the help that i can ask for.

I recently moved and decided to give this Petco grooming location a shot since it’s closer. I had a terrible experience the manager Ashley I believe is her name had a very unwelcoming nasty attitude. Completely different than the nw expressway Rockwell location. Apparently the girl that was going to groom her is new which she was a complete sweetheart. Of course with this being a new location my dog was nervous and nipped at her a little bit. Ashely automatically was like she didn’t meet the 7 points of contact we aren’t going be able to groom her. I walked out and tried to book at the Nw expressway location where she’s had no issues. To my surprise apparently Ashley must’ve put a note on the account because when I tried to schedule it said I couldn’t not and they would have to review my account. I will never return to the quail springs location. I feel for the new groomer you can tell Ashley likes to intimidate and abuses her authority.

A good selection of products in a cramped and small location. They seemed understaffed, the store was cluttered with products that needed to be stocked.

The service was so good and the staff genuinely cared about the animals and the bearded dragon we purchased. The animal manager, I think her name was McKenzie, was so helpful and provided all of the necessary information and products.

The people are really helpful but you will not get a refund if your water for your fish is .01 off. They won't get you a replacement either you are literally sol if a fish dies.
