On my first visit I found the folks at Petco to be friendly and helpful. Put on my second visit I was greeted with a sign on the door telling me that they were closed two hours early that Saturday. Not exactly the way to get me to come back again.

I love the refillable litter, but that store is so overcrowded with stuff. Get rid of the maze to the register & the store is way too small for all the middle of the aisle displays.
