Honestly my experience with shopping itself isn’t the issue . It’s that there’s glass all in the parking lot that my dog almost stepped in , and when I told the associate that worked there she seemed uninterested. I was outside when I told her and pointing to where it was and she seemed bothered by me even bringing it up and walked right passed where I told her it was without even looking. Dogs don’t where shoes , and as a company who is supposed to love animals , I would think they would care more .

We got our dog groomed at PetSmart and we got her back with a bad cut on her paw and a bad bald spot. Definitely not taking her back.They didn’t even tell us about cutting her so we couldn’t even treat it.

I’ve been using PetSmart all across the US for my pet needs as well as grooming. I have a long haired husky and the shedding never ends with him. I brought him in recently after a long spell without grooming. He had impacted fur and a few mats. I told the women in the salon to do whatever needs to be done. He does well with all groomers just not his own people 🤦🏼♀️ his groomer was Charlie. When I tell you, he looked absolutely amazing when they finally finished (after close. They are troopers there.) Charlie and Cherie are absolute angels. They only used clippers behind his ears and fully brushed out the other mats. And the price???! I was expecting more but I just decided to leave a better tip because it was deserved. I will always continue to bring my boy to PetSmart for grooming. So thank you to the lovely women for being God sent for my boy. 🫶🏼
