The two in this area are both awful! The staff: lazy, lack knowledge, and couldn't help you out of a wet paper bag. I waited for long periods after asking for help with crickets. When the employee showed up, they began counting each one. Kinda. They used the measuring tube, but still counted? They said, I put a few extra in there because some might have been dead. So... how many crickets did I get? What a waste of time!
First the wait. Then after asking twice for assistance, staff wastes even more of my time. I was told by management that its an inventory issue. LIES! What day do they inventory the crickets? Once a day? Week? Month? Who is scooping all the crickets up and counting them one by one? Who gets to count the dead?

Swan did my pup’s first full grooming and she did amazing. My dog was very happy and looked great. To note, my pup is a high energy Aussie mix and has never had any grooming except the required baths after digging holes and getting covered in red dirt

Great customer service. In there all the time because of instacart. I especially love the vibes the training classes lady gives. She seems to brighten up the place.

Unless you go in the middle of the morning during the middle of the week when there's nobody in the store be prepared to stand in line. On the weekend there's usually a pretty long line and they don't seem to call an additional cashier until the lines about 10 deep.

Wow, this store LOVES what they do!! We especially got the pleasure of chatting with Tom- very knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. 10/10, he deserves a raise!!! Will be coming back here for our pet needs ♥️

we use their grooming services- while I do feel the prices are a bit high for the services, my pup is always treated well here. She looks great after her groom and they typically finish in a reasonable time.
