I was in the store for some toys for my little monster. They had fresh lilies in a vase on the counter. I did react too aggressively, but this is a pet store and they should know better.
FYI: Lily pollen on a cat's fur can send them into renal failure very rapidly. It is toxic for your pets. Yes, I was angry and I reacted harshly but that was no excuse for how I was treated by the cashier.

Receptionist was nice to check Lilly and I in for our appointment at 1:30. The staff was friendly and loved Lilly was her first time being out to get her 1 year shots and check up. Alexis our vet assistant was very bubbly in personality and helpful I liked that. She was patient with Lilly and friendly. Dr. Lynn was very informative on a concern I had with Lilly. Lilly had a great experience being her first time. I appreciate the care and patience of the everyone working there. Thank you pet smart.

This has to be one of the filthiest stores I have been in. The people are rude and walk around with their hands in their pockets. The bearded dragon enclosure looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

I bought a new cage for my guinea pig because I am allergic all of a sudden to him. I was getting everything ready for him to go to his new home and the “brand new” $100 cage I bought from here was used, missing pieces, boxes not even taped back together, DIRTY with literal poop on the pieces, Guinea pig hair all over, water leftover in the water bowl and little scratches on the pieces. I am now having an allergic reaction and my eye is swollen shut. I think this is unacceptable and they should not resell without Inspecting the pieces to make sure they’re clean at least and all the pieces are there..

This PetSmart is wonderful! It is always clean, the employees are always polite and I never have to worry about things being out of stock. A special shout out to Helen the trainer and all of the groomers. We only go to this PetSmart to get my dog groomed and he loves it there.
Helen was an absolute rockstar of a trainer! She made sure everyone in class understood what was going on and how to perform the action. She was of course so kind to the dogs as well. Our dog Miles actively seeks her out when we head into the sore now as he’s just absolutely in love.
Can’t wait to continue giving business to this store!

Went in and picked out a bunch of cat stuff, found out it could be price matched with the online prices. Went up to the register and automatically told the older lady with a pixie cut that I was going to price match my items. She immediately acted annoyed. She threw the cans of cat food in the bag not caring if they got dented. She kept rolling her eyes when I would bring an item that needed to be price matched. Very rude and for how old she was you would think she would have better customer service.
