Tina Hilbert is a wonderful teacher. Her deep knowledge of Kundalini made the class so much more than an exercise. My energy was expanded so much I still feel the effects. I've been waiting years for a local Kundalini teacher!

I’m new to Pilates and was a little anxious about starting. But Laura was patient, understanding, warm & funny, and that made this battered, broken down, tight-as-a-snare drum old guy feel comfortable. Gina was my second instructor, and she was wonderful, too.
