Stopped at the Pilot Truck Stop and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on the road. Byron deserves major recognition — he was cleaning the showers and doing an outstanding job. The showers were spotless, fresh, and ready to go — you could tell he takes real pride in his work. On top of that, his customer service was top-notch. Friendly, respectful, and made me feel truly welcome.
Traci was also super helpful at the register, keeping things moving with a smile, and Mike was making sure the rest of the store was clean and stocked. You don’t always get this level of care and professionalism at a truck stop, but this team crushed it.
Big thanks to Byron, Traci, and Mike — keep up the amazing work! You’ve definitely earned 5 stars from me.

Don't look like they cleaned the shower. Clean towels though. Toilet NOT clean. Update 5/29/25 showers are in excellent condition. Very hot water and high pressure. Had some meatloaf and mashed potatoes from the deli, it was pretty good, service was excellent. Very glad to see the improvement.

I stopped here to fuel on 05/24/25, started the pump with the mobile app, selected my advance and started fueling, 10 gallons later the pump stopped so I hung it up and started a new transaction selecting my advance again. When I went inside it had screwed up somewhere in the system. Amber and Amanda both were both super pleasant and worked hard to get things corrected for my receipts and tried hard to get the advance to process. That part had to end up being canceled but they both were super patient and very pleasant. Both Amber and Amanda are a prime example of excellent customer service.

Truck parking lot is unnecessarily tight spaced. No reason for truck stops to be so cramped up like this.

I stood in line in the men’s bathroom for half an hour waiting on a stall, the bathroom is newly remodeled but there is only 2 stalls, this is a truck stop how stupid do you have to be to only have 2 stalls in the men’s room
