Horrible experience. I spent my time washing and folding these pieces for nothing. They were all thrown back into the bag completely wrinkled. They also only offered around $2 per item, including brands like Lululemon, Athleta, Express, and Brandy Melville. Definitely not worth the time or effort!!!! Don’t recommend🙃

I wish i could give a negative review , i dropped stuff off to get priced at 12:19 and was told 45 minutes. I waited until 1:55 for a message and never got it so i went in and it had already been done . I watch multiple people walk in an out with stuff they were bringing in before i decided to go in after an almost 2 hour wait . Staff was rude as well. I brought in mostly brand new workout clothes with tags and they didn’t take a single thing. Never coming back to this location. They wasted so much of my time .

Honestly, the worst plato’s i’ve ever been to. Not only was the staff stand off-ish, and rude to my friend, and myself. We called before hand to ask what they were looking for at this time of year, (this way we didn’t waste their time bringing things they were looking for.) Not only did it take them less than 10 minutes to look through over 75+ items between the two of us, they didn’t take ANYTHING they said they were looking for, after telling us “your clothes are not in style.” Some of these items of clothing included, BUT WERE NOT LIMITED TO, NEW Nike tennis shoes, with the tag. Lulu lemon Shorts, shirts, and sweats ranging from sizes 4-10. 100$ Fabletics sweats WITH the tag. Cinch, women’s winter/fall clothing, Oklahoma state merchandise from the Stillwater “Union.” And clothing used to participate in Oklahoma pageantry. What they DID take however, was shein, fast fashion, clothing that is nearly 2 years outdated in high school/ college aged individuals. Not to mention, i was EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of my clothing taken, after seeing a body suit with menstrual blood on the genital area, and shoes that appeared to have been worn at “Night trips,” here in Oklahoma city. Very disappointing.

this is hands down the worst platos closet i have even been to. i took in a whole bag of freshly washed & neatly folded clothes. i received a total $24 for BRAND NEW (with tag) $85 fabletics sweatpants, 3 brand new pairs of jeans with tags, lululemon shorts & lulu belt bag. i called the store prior to going in to ask what they were looking for (fall clothes) yet they didnt take any of the sweaters i had, some of which were american eagle… oh but they did take my ripped to hell booty shorts.. that sounds pretty fall doesnt it? my final straw was when i was walking around the store & noticed the amount of SHEIN clothes they took… crazy.

I took two pairs of fairly used retro Jordan’s in to see what I can get for them mind you I see Jordan’s on the wall that are going for 120-149 $ used they offered me 17 dollars for my two pairs of Jordan’s seems like they tried to scam me highway robbery thumbs down ?

If customers are complaining of cameras above the fitting rooms, which I clearly saw just two days ago, and then choose to leave them up, even if they aren't working... Maybe just take them down? Making the active decision to leave the cameras up there when people feel unsafe is baffling to me. A fifteen minute fix that no one is willing to do to make their customers feel safer. Baffling. Makes me feel unsafe too!

Usually find a few good finds each time. Since starting to sell there or attempt to that is very difficult. Like others have said they will pass on gently use namebrand items. Mine specifically were American Eagle jeans and Lululemon items that are of the same quality that is in the store and probably better than some that were hanging up. You want to buy H&M, SHEIN, forever 21 but not gently used actual name brand clothing. Some of the stuff they’ve bought to sell is Goodwill quality. Very confusing

You have cameras pointing into the dressing room.
1. In response to a poor review addressing the camera, you admit that there is a camera pointing in the dressing room, as pointed out in BIG MF ASH's video, but claim the camera is not operational. Then go on to say the content creator is trying to damage your business. This only demonstrates that BIG MF ASH's video displaying the camera pointing into the dressing room does, in fact, exist. (See screenshot)
2. Doesn't matter if the camera is operational or not, it's pointing in the dressing room.
3. Rather than address customer safety and concerns, you claim someone is trying to hurt your business by spreading misinformation without proof; but the video exists and you admitted the camera exists in your response, as displayed in the screenshot I'm attaching to this review.
Not a good look.

I think you people writing reviews about the camera in the dressing room, should call and address it first before believing a tik tok of all things. If they truly were using their own cameras, the cops would’ve shut it down asap. I called the place, got the owner, and he said that the PREVIOUS owners had the camera there, I believe that area wasn’t even a fitting room at the time? Even if, that’s the PREVIOUS owners of the building. The owner also informed me that their cameras are not anything like that one, and they would be happy to show me (and anyone else) proof of that. I believe him, and if you’re still wanting to believe a tik tok, go in yourself, like a respectful adult, and ask about it. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because I believe the marketing could be better with social media aspects, and the store could be organized better and a bit more trendy. My old store in Davenport Iowa was amazinggggg I almost worked for them to assist with social media and marketing and I miss it and wish I did it lol, and I think this place definitely has the potential to do the same, I just think it needs a bit of work with style aspect and trendier, with the amazing space they have and location.

why do yall have cameras in the dressing rooms? ?? "installing a hidden camera in women's changing rooms constitutes a severe criminal offense. In many jurisdictions, such unauthorized surveillance is illegal and punishable by law due to its intrusive and unethical nature" do better.
