Absolutely the best customer service!!!!! Elaine has shipped many items for me. She packs your items as if she were packaging them for herself! She cares!!!! She will send you emails with pictures of your items, and she ships them with lightening speed! Thank you, Elaine! You are truly appreciated! One more thing! She has the cutest and sweetest fragile decals on your package. Makes you smile!!!! Also, thank you, Ripley and Gary!!!! You guys rock!

Went in on a busy Friday morning. Got to experience a super awesome worker there by the name of Elaine I think. She was stacked with 6 + customers and politely asked if any of them wanted to come back later she would take care of them as her computer and printing were having issues. I had two toddlers in store and I was in no hurry.We waited patiently for the thick to clear and the hard working Elaine took magical VIP like care of me. I super pleased with the experience and will definitely stop in more often. The transparency on pricing and the warm smiles is definitely worth my return business!Thank you Ms Elaine for helping me ship back some luggage for repairs.Respectfully,BryanYukon, Oklahoma

I walked in needing some things laminated for my daddy's celebration of life service. Gary was very kind, very professional, very thoughtful. Such a pleasant experience! The gentleman re package my box with bubble wrap so that it would be well protected instead of making me buy an entire roll of bubble wrap and doing it myself. Highly recommend!

I won an online auction and was forced to use this postal annex to have the items shipped to me. These people should be shipping experts, right? But they charged me $18.42 just in shipping for 4 pieces of lightweight jewelry by priority mail, saying that was the most economical shipping method. The package weighed less than 8 ounces and could have gone first class for less than $8. Even at priority mail, it would be less than $18.42. To add insult to injury, it was sloppily packed. Worst part is that I was reassured before they packed it that they charged no handling fee, only charging for the box. I paid quite a handling fee though, after already paying $10 for them to pick up the four pieces of jewelry. Never again.In response to store's response: There was no itemized handling fee -- I consider the extra $9 or so i was charged for shipping to be a handling fee. I know what insurance costs and it's not $9, and even priority shipping for this would not cost what I was charged. The jewelry was bubble wrapped but the padding around it was a few scraps of bubble wrap -- very messy looking and not very effective. However a box was unnecessary, as a padded envelope would have been just fine -- and that's what i requested before order was picked up or packed.
