From the delivery drivers, parts dept, to sales, receptionist and service dept, everyone I've come in contact with has always been knowledgeable and very helpful. The people here are awesome, dealership is clean and drivers lounge has charging stations, big screen and comfy seating. Parts showroom has many truck accessories and parts available on display. I'm able to usually get the right parts delivered in a timely manner, cores picked up, and while big truck parts are usually bulky and can be heavy sometimes, the delivery drivers MV and Dave always have a smile to brighten my day. A big shout out to parts, all the guys I have ordered from over the years, they know trucks, I can't remember the last part that was wrong, although it can happen, but I send lots of pics, good descriptions, the old part when I can, resulting in very little downtime at our shop. Doc ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure our trucks keep on truckin. Excellent communication with all I come in contact with at Premier OKC. The service dept gets trucks turned fairly quick, despite some parts being hard to find, and manufacturers have gotten behind, if there is a truck down, it's not Premier's fault, I know that they are doing their best to get our trucks repaired as fast as they are able. If you are in OKC and need parts or service, give them a call. You don't have to have a Freightliner, many truck parts are not make specific, Detroit, Meritor, Cummins and other manufacturer items cross many makes and models, even if no vin available, Engine serial numbers can be used with Cummins (and many other parts have numbers on them), these guys are smart, someone there should figure it out, but getting big truck parts, like everything else, are expensive and hard to find, so be kind to those who help you.

Fixed my truck problem and put me back on the road Working people were friendly and polite from the front desk to the mechanics Great Place .

I called on the phone to inquire about their Express assessment lady said that they weren't that busy and to come on in upon arrival Check-in check in with the service writer drop my trailer proceeded to the waiting room at which point 3 hours later I came out to the service writer and inquired if there was any information on my truck and then at that point was told that it wouldn't be until the next day and I was the second one in line I should have been told that on the telephone or upon arrival after getting there not 3 hours later If I didn't go and ask were inquired I could have been setting there all night for nothing had a load scheduled for The next day I would have been screwed on that load if I didn't check on things myself

Horrible service. I own a Freigliner Box truck, and I chose this place because it had a Freigliner service, but it is a horrible place.
I came here on September 30th, and today is October 4th and I am still here, they haven't solved the problem.
when i registered i told them the truck had no power and would not accelerate, the engine light was on the screen and regenerative, i told them after i did a manual regenerative the truck accelerated but 5-6 miles later it was the same thing. they did a regenerative and said the truck was ready and wanted me to pay $1200 for the $214 hourly rate (2 hours total). i told them to test drive the truck on the road and they had the same problem and they still wanted me to pay that bill...
and then they said the egr system needed to be cleaned and needed 10 hours, and a new bill. they told me 10 hours but today is the 5th day and I am still here. I am thinking of going to court.

Got towed in on Monday afternoon. Was fixed and out the door Tuesday morning. The place was packed so I expected to be there a couple of days. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even helped me to get a hotel room.

This place charges to much for mediocre work....my company has spent thousands only to get our trucks back NOT fixed and even worse at times.

I needed help identifying an after treatment harness that my local dealer couldn’t find. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ronnie, and he went above and beyond helping me. Even though he knew I was hundred of miles away, and wouldn’t result in a sale. He provided way better service than I’m used to at the local premier dealer. THANK YOU
