Well I've had a storage here for over a year now and last time I came in my phone ended up dating. I couldn't remember my password. The lady at the counter didn't ask me for my ID. Just space number so I put My own red lockout lock on it and when I came back today to put some stuff in storage y'all put a sticker stating it belonged to y'all on there. I took the sticker off because the lock is scratched with M Taylor on it. Don't put stickers on stuff that don't belong to you and something you don't have a key to. It's not your red lockout lock. I put it on there because of my protection for my property. Start telling your property managers to ask for ID

Just visited store on Reno to pay a payment and let Julie know what happened on Monday when the account showed we didn't have a payment until July 1st and hours later it showed we we late for June. Julie looked at the issue and explained what happened on it..
She was helpful the whole visit and smiled the whole time
