Great rates for first time renters as low as $1 to rent a unit an that is for all size units as well an its open on all major holidays an Cynthia the manager there really works hard to make sure you are fully satisfied an aware of all the inns an outs of the unit you rent an she has always been very nice an happily ready to help on any issue that may come about while your on the property hope you havin a great day ms. Cynthia keep up your great work thank you!

The exit gate hasn’t been working in my recent visits. The number dialing on the keypad hasn’t worked either. Every-time I try to call the office nobody is there. No cars outside. No workers inside when I drive by. It makes me reverse my car all the way around to Gate #1. A lot of work on my end and no workers to tell it to.

Customer service was not perfect but it was ok. The app is garbage, couple of times the exit gate will not open, because of the app does not work. It’s hard to move couches in and out with the indoor storage units. So, if you have big items, go for the pull up storage units.

My experience with representative Cynthia at public storage was far and beyond phenomenal!! Thank you so very much, Cynthia you are outstanding! I was having a terrible day and after the very joyful, kind and professional customer service and help I was given with navigating my way around the facility, and the use of the app and gates. My day has turned around completely to what is now a very pleasant day, allowing me to forget the awful morning I had. Mrs. Cynthia was so patient, mindful and eager to help in anyway. Thanks again for your servants heart that genuinely blessed me and turned my day around.

I've used them before. Never again. I showed up after hours, but called ahead for my lock to be in my unit, and they said it already was, which was a lie. Then, the Unit was packed full of water from all the storms. So I'm getting charged double for the moving truck and took it back home because they didn't have an emergency line. I can't imagine all the people who got stuff ruined there. The truck is costing me gas, miles and 65 bucks.
