Kristen is extremely professional, she listens to the issue, and then she seeks a resolution. The gate is always working. Kristen responds to all phone calls and emails promptly. Her excellent customer service has helped me to make the decision to remain at this particular facility.

The customer service by Syd was outstanding. I can't brag enough about Syd. She is a definite benefit to the customer. The corporate policies, not so outstanding. They have a mandatory insurance requirement that cannot be satisfied with a renter's policy. If you're a homeowner, you are covered under your homeowners policy. If you are a renter, you will pay an extra $15 a month for the mandatory insurance.
