Recent former customer as we have just vacated our last unit. Overall adequate company and storage but beware of significant cost growth. For reference we had two inside units a 10x20 and a 10x10 started in the fall of 2019. The 10x20 was $94 and the 10x10 $57 a month which was a very good price. Then came Covid where it jumped in 2022; 10x10 was $101 and a 10x20 $181. Jumped again in 2023 10x10 only at this point to $130, 2024 $169 and finally in 2025 $201 a month. The employees have been helpful and friendly however there has been a lot of turnover and are sometimes not in according to the published hours. Notably this past Sat 14 Jun we were there at 8ish am no one in and we left around 10/11 and saw one person we assumed was coming in for the day. We came back around 2/3pm no one there to let know we were vacating had to call through the phone tree. I was called back on Sunday and it was a pretty quick. Overall, it will meet your storage needs but you need to frequently check in for mold and watch the prices as they jump and sometimes with very little notice. Staff was friendly and pleasant to work with the times we had interactions through the years.

My unit was broken into and items stolen. This happened within the last 5 months. The police are investigating but I suggest everyone with a unit here go check their unit. My lock was cut and replaced with a Public Storage branded lock.

I recently started renting a space unit here and I have to say hands down this is a good facility. Even more though I have to say that the manager Becky is more than amazing! She has been very professional, quick to respond and more than willing to make sure we are satisfied as customers! Thank you!

Giving 5 stars for Desiree who went above and beyond with helping me today. Same on Public Storage for raising the rate for my unit $23 dollars more. Online prices are much better but once you get that first year in the come back and get you I guess. My same unit is $59 right now online that I am now paying $92 for, Wahhhhhh

ZERO stars of I could!
No one is ever there during posted working hours and the door even says WE ARE OPEN!
They have a QR code on the front door to purchase on line, but I have questions and want to see the different units in person.
Gate Codes are set by an app and you scan your phone to get in
What if the app is down or isn't working...
If you call the number on the door no one answers and even with messages left no one calls you back. The number listed on line for customer service is a joke.
