We upgraded our seven plus year old Ricoh to a newer model. RK Black has done an excellent job servicing the old machine. We are happy for the upgrade (the staff almost had a party about it). Looking forward to working with RK Black for the new few years.Thanks for you service.

Our whole team uses RK Black for our copiers and our IT help. Let me just say I could NOT be more impressed. Very much worth it to have safe, reliable, and loyal service. If I could give a 10 star review I would. If you are questioning whether to go with RK Black for their IT help- from Tyler and Nick and the other guys in help desk who’s names escape me, their dispatcher and her lovely accommodating pick up when we call in, and the team of engineers we have dealt with in our migration. 10/10 service and will continue to rave on them in our reviews!

This location in stillwater has some suspicious people working there. I saw a bald guy almost get hit by a car trying to look at people working across the street and then his secretary did the same then started taking pictures of the resident like they were star struck. Tbh they are just being cringe to the people across the street because of some problems that your employees have, listen just go talk to them because community outreach is better than the look they give the company now.

Update: Finally issues resolved!!! Our office is now back up and running. It took a change in techs and others going above and beyond at R.K. Black to get us back on track. We are so appreciative. I hope moving forward we can continue to see this change in good customer service.As a customer of professional services over the course of several years its disappointing to submit such a poor review. The care and service we used to receive was beyond exceptional. However, this past year and even more recently we have experienced extremely poor customer service, follow through and support.

I rarely write a review, but RK Black is more than worth the time.We transitioned from another org and Robert Taylor made it seamless.Robert understood the dynamics of our team and was able to work with each member with great understanding and insight.IT Support staff, Nicholas and Daniel have been such a pleasurer to work with. Their knowledge base is very impressive.Staff members are so gracious and more than enjoyable.

After a buyout of our current copier company, we chose to move "FORWARD" in our copier services and chose R.K. Black. We were not only given exactly what we needed at a cost that was exceptional, our Account Manager went above and beyond in helping us close out our current contract, after months of no contact or reply.

Well this review isn't about there service as it is about there courtesy. Today 4/30 I was cut off by one of there employees at SW 104th in OKC at a fast food drive through. I realize the lines were long but he decided he was more important then everyone else I guess. He knew it because the attendant at the window was had to find his order due to him going out of sequence. He will be glad to know he messed all the orders up behind him as well. If the company treats the customers like they do people on the road I'd go elsewhere.

We could not be more pleased with the IT services provided by RK Black in the past ten years. They provide support for our computers and our printer/scanners. They are quick to respond to any issues we have. Every person has been extremely easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and have solved any problems we have had.
