I stopped into look at new Boots and luckily Hannah was there to help! She mentioned I may only need new inserts, given the condition of the boots. She cleaned, conditioned, and put new laces on them. They literally feel as comfortable as they did brand new! Another reason to go red wing and I’m forever sold on them!

After the poor showing at the memorial store, a month ago, I was almost unwilling to return to a Red Wing store.
This store was night and day different. Megan greeted us on the way in. I explained I wanted to see the Iron Rangers in a 10, she then explained to me they run large, and measured my feet.
I tried on the 9.5 and it was the best fit. We discussed care, so I purchased a care kit, and possible insoles in the future.
Purchasing online would have just resulted in more distaste for redwing as I would have bought the wrong sized shoe.
Megan made it easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge and honest opinion made it an easy choice, as well as a fun one. These boots are 2.5 times more expensive than any other shoe or boot I’ve purchased, and at no point under Megan’s guidance or after have I felt like it was a poor decision. I will be back!

If I could give my review 10 stars I would. For context, I have lower back pain so finding footwear that’s comfortable is key.
Hanne was my sales associate and I highly recommend her if you go in to this location. She’s knowledgeable about the products that the store has in stock and she has excellent interpersonal skills. The amount of footwear in the store can be a bit overwhelming if you’re like me and don’t often buy boots, but Hanne made the process extremely easy. I told her I needed some hiking boots and she pointed me to a solid pair that that looked nice, are comfortable, and were within my price range. Additionally, Hanne made the process extremely smooth and helped me get all the things I needed pretty quickly and effectively.
If you go to Red Wing in Moore, ask for Hanne. She’s awesome at what she does and she cares about her job and it shows. After having a few bad retail experiences lately with different companies, it was honestly refreshing to have one where someone like Hanne cared about the customer and paid attention to details.

Claudia was amazing she scanned my feet and got me into the right pair of boots very very quickly and I made it to work on time. I would recommend talking to Red Wing for all of your Footwear needs

The store closes to early for being a store for blue collar workers most people can't get off until 6 and can't afford to take time off. This needs to change. I can't think of a single blue collar worker who can come into the store at 9:45 am this is ridiculous

They gave me some great service and when the product did not work they did the return easy with no fuse and were very helpful previous pair i bought lasted me about 5 year maybe more

Had a pair of $300 dollar boots that wore on the toes (I’m not a mechanic) after 5 months. Would not honor warranty. Shop other brands! The 1 year warranty at Redwing is worthless in my opinion!
