I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and when I first came here the service was fantastic the owner fixed my boots and wedged the heel for free and I’ve been buying boots here every year for the last five years and the people they got in there now disgust me they are rude and shitty I promise I’ll take my business elsewhere

I will never go back to this store again the manger is very unprofessional an disrespectful. The owner of this store needs to take the necessary actions an maybe train the employees better. I am not the only person that has complained or said something about this. I have notified corporate of this situation. If I’m paying 400 for boots I should get better service than this. You have listed another customer at your store a redwing on memorial has gained a new one. Everyone DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The manager Mike young is a very rude older man. I went in the store to ask if my boyfriend hade come in to use the restroom or he had seen him as I described him to him and automatically asked if I was on anything or homeless. And when I went back in the store to ask for his name he was still so rude for no reason. He then lead on to give me the card of the owner of the store. And continued to insult me by saying I have “homeless people who look a lot better than you and dress a lot better than you”.
