The customer service was superb. I truly admire the two working there on the day I went. I went in looking for a pillow that would relieve my neck and shoulder pain. They recommended I try out a massaging recliner. It took away all the pain. I was very grateful to them because one suggested putting me in the best chair they had. I would love to have purchased it but there's no room in my house.

Ches is the best! Love this store. About eight years ago we bought our first Relax the Back chairs for our new house. This week, we bought our first message chair and can't wait to get it delivered. Thank you Ches for letting us demo the chairs several time and show us all the features!
