I went into this store, signed the lease contract to a ps5 for my son for Christmas, made the deposit payment and set up delivery. The day of delivery "Brad" calls me and tells me "I'm sorry we're unable to get you approved." Very VERY unprofessional business etiquette as far as I'm concerned since I have already signed the contract and lease agreement and was waiting for the delivery.

Found appliance online and they sent a confirmation text. I get there and she tells me they usually don't carey single appliances like a dryer. Hmmm .she did not want to be there was not friendly. Wow

Absolutely horrible. First payment after the intital. They were at my door the next morning. Fees up the wazoo. Called to let them know I had not gotten my deposits from work. My dad called and talked to them as well. They said everything was ok. The moment I got my deposits, they did a debit for the pay off amount without my authorization. I would have called my bank but I just let them go because I dont have to deal with them anymore. I never had a problem with Aarons and this is where I will go back to. This is extremely predatory and BBC is my next stop

We love our couch and our TV but I was disappointed in the freezer it's used and has a couple little holes in it that concerns me and the way the girl delivered it and was crazy she forgot the dolly and she's trying to carry it down the hall and she's tilting it and setting it down every kind of way kind of scary how she handled the merchandise I feel the price should be a whole lot cheaper considering the condition the freezer is in

I repeat, I repeat, I repeat to not Rent from this company I did business with this store for many years and I never thought that they would play me like they played me. I got a computer Cash value a little over $900. Mind you I did have to pay more because I went the whole contract so I paid a little in 1000s , my laptop kept messing up, they fixed it multiple times the people that they were sending it to to fix it kept stealing stuff off of it and not fixing it the right way every time I got it back something else was wrong with it so after months and months they give me a new computer mind you my original price Cash value of my first laptop was in the 800s this computer laptop they gave me now $449. You can get it at Walmart you can get it off eBay for $349 they gave me a refurbished computer that if something happens to it there’s no warranty on it’s not a new computer and they said they couldn’t give me a new computer because my computer wasn’t new anymore. I asked manager what the companies name that kept fixing my computer and I feel like I need to talk to a lawyer he would not give me the companies information just that they are a reliable company who kept fixing my laptop. Brad said have your lawyer call me I was so mad that these people would sit there and do this to me after giving them thousands of thousands of dollars throughout almost 3 1/2, four years I was even a VIP customer, don’t let the manager Brad fool you. They’re all scam artists at this point. Yep I said it I know them very well from dealing with them for many years. They will scam the hell out you. If I could give a negative Star, I definitely wouldn’t change my mind is never going to change. Please stay away from places like this because they’re not in it to help you. You’re nothing to them a number and a customer that’s it. I will never understand how I went from a really great laptop to a fly by night Walmart version of a laptop. Now I’m stuck with this piece of ish.And this is all my opinion and my thoughts and my feelings. If you still choose to go to them, that’s a you problem not a meat problem. I’m just telling you my experience with these people with this company and I am not gonna sit back and let them do this to somebody else. Mind you I do not have a problem with money by all means, but I know there’s some people out there, it really need stuff but they’re penny pinion just please stay away from this company do your research. I am blessed to have lawyers in my family because I am going to talk to them about this situation. Mind you they might not be able to do nothing because of contracts and stuff like that but hey, I’m going to put it out there my experience, so nobody else can get played like I did And I hope their corporate office sees this. I hope the owner whoever I hope they see this because if I can bring this company down I sure hell would because I don’t like companies that take advantage of people, especially people that are low income that are struggling it’s not right it’s not fair And something needs to change and it needs to change right now..

Pretty upset they took my money then told me I couldn’t get the things I already paid for so now I’m out the money and can’t even get the stuff I was wanting all over the fact I just moved and they wouldn’t use my past residence so definitely wouldn’t recommend

What a joke. Not only are they able to push me around between 4 different people and two stores from Tuesday till Friday and take my money. Oh and have my delivery set up for Saturday but cancel Friday because all of the sudden I no longer qualify. Well fix your system and don’t take my money for 3 days.
