Revan Rx provides personal service, taking good care of customers and knowing them as a person, unlike Walgreens or CVS. One customer received a birthday card from the pharmacy. Another has been coming for 4 years and feels taken care of, with great HRT progress. The new doctor is really nice and the pharmacy is helpful. The business has had some issues but has come a long way, and customers are very satisfied. Revan Rx also makes hormones affordable, taking insurance for an extremely low cost of usually $5-$10 a medicine. The pharmacy hand makes compound medicine for dogs and mails it within a couple of days. One staff member went above and beyond, calling back after a disconnection and researching a medicine to send a link to order it. This experience blew the customer's mind.

They take such good care of me. Really personal service. No way that Walgreens or CVS knows me as a person like this pharmacy. I even got a birthday card from Revan
