This Pharmacy is so great! It is sometimes hard to find a good compounding pharmacy. I had a medication that I took dependent upon my labs that were being drawn and they were so prompt and helpful with filling it. I would get a call from my dr office sometimes 4 hrs before closing and they would have it ready for me in time! The staff is always friendly and acts as though they love their jobs. The pharmacist that work there are great as well. They also have curbside pickup witch is a great option for many people. As soon as you walk in they provide hand sanitizer and masks. I would highly recommend for your compound medication needs.

The staff at this pharmacy truly do care about what is best for you and are very friendly! The staff will go above and beyond to fit your needs and find the best option that suits you! They will communicate with you every step of the way to ensure that you are satisfied and get your medications in a timely manner. They have a clinical nutritionist, Keith who is very friendly and goes out of his way to help recommend the right supplements or vitamins. He also does consultations and different tests as you desire. He is very intelligent and helpful! He has made some great recommendations for me to better my own lifestyle after looking at blood tests from my doctor!

I came to use this business by default as it's where my dr. sent the prescription. The counter staff were pleasant enough and I don't have any info to compare prices of my particular medication. The location is not convenient to me, and I found after asking doc to authorize refill, when I arrived a day or two later there was no sign of it. They told me I had to let them know I really wanted it. Today, I phoned first to make sure I didn't waste a 28-mile round trip, to be told basically the same thing. I asked if there were a way to expedite this process so I don't have to make two phone calls each month. The tech on the phone seemed short of patience: "we don't make up the medicines willy nilly, we need to know you want them. We always call people to check...". They've never called me. I asked again (politely I must add) if there was a simpler way to do this, or maybe I could get several months' supply at once. I was told I don't have to get the doc to fax it in each time, and if I wanted I could set up an auto-refill plan. Yes please. But then she rather snippily carried on telling me why they operate the way they do: "people don't pick up on time, can't be counted on to keep collecting their meds, etc.". Okay already, can you just set me up on the automatic system? She behaved as if I were attacking her, when I was simply trying to arrange to get my meds. Where was the 'let me get you on the auto program'? In the midst of her near rant at me our call was disconnected. Accidentally or not, who knows? One might expect a customer service person in that situation to call back, but she never did. Nor did I feel like going through all that again. Time to search Yelp for another compounding pharmacy.
