Recently, I was at this Ross location and I lost one of my skullcandy earbuds (purchased from Ross months ago). I was distraught, looking everywhere for it.. and the staff went out of their way to help me find it! I am so grateful for their awesome customer service, and this team absolutely delivered. I am 100% satisfied with this store. Thank you, Ross team!

We like to shop at Ross, BUT we will not be going back because they play Mexican music. This is disrespectful to be playing music that we CITIZENS, which speak ENGLISH can not understand, along with commercials. This is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!! English is our language! Thank you.

Stopped for a cutting board. Good selection and great prices. Only one person doing checkout, but the self checkout had no waiting. Will shop there again
