If only I had read the reviews before I entered into this nightmare of frustration. How could I have been so careless? Someone recommended this place- they must have hated me. Never under any circumstances leave a vehicle with them for any reason... if you ever want to get it back. They collected their insurance check from my insurance company 13 days ago, and they have continuously pushed me off day after day for 13 days now.If you take your vehicle to them before you have read their host of 1 star reviews, and are now reading them because the situation is getting bad- you are not alone. I may contact a news organization to get the word out on this place and maybe get some help.Stay AwayUpdate:The above review was based on my frustration in getting my truck repaired. I made some assumptions that I want to own/correct. Plus, I want to also show my ridiculous amplification of the problem for all to see. I wrote the above review before I had time to use my brain. I am embarrassed by my inflammatory and exaggerated take on the situation.Assumption 1- they already cashed the check. They had not. I learned this right before I entered the office to retrieve my truck in whatever condition it was. After speaking with Mary who is their manager, I expressed my frustration in the calmest way I could muster. When I was finished, she invited me out to view the work that they had done on my truck. She explained how that they had made a mistake when putting the parts back together, and that they needed to paint it all over again. She agreed that they hadn't communicated very well and apologized for my frustration. She offered me a discounted price although it was appreciated it did not cover the cost of the rental car that I had to get because of how long it took them to fix my truck. My vehicle was as dirty as the day I dropped it off.. she said that they were intending to wash it so that it looked nice when I came to pick it up. It would've been nice but I can't really fault them for that because I did not expect it. They also tried to clean out the inside of my truck as well. While this is also an added bonus?, I would've much preferred to have my truck back sooner, but better communication and adhering to projected completion dates, would have gone away long way, in stress reduction. The workmanship appears to be quality. Not the best experience, but stuff happens sometimes. I hope the best for them.I am adjusting my 1 star review to a 3 star. They are a giant operation, I should expect better things from them. Might be another assumption.Sorry I wish I could leave a better review. I really do.

0 stars if I could!Bought a used Peterbilt June 2023 from Rush OKC. In less than 90 days and driven less than 10k miles it was in the shop for 2 weeks and spent 10k due to this dealership selling us a truck with a compromised electrical system. My local Rush said the electrical system was butchered. Reached out to used truck manager in OKC and he provided no assistance at all! Stay away from this place.

Very poor communication and service. My boss made an appointment for a simple repair while passing through. We told them we have a load to pick up later and we need out of there asap. They promised my boss it wouldn’t be a problem and they could get to it right away. They did not get to it right away. It was 3.5 hrs before they started working on it and they didn’t check to see if the repair fixed the issue. No one came and got me when the truck was finally done , my boss called and told me it was done since he had got the bill. Getting them paid so i could leave turned into another big ordeal with lots more time wasted. Finally make it out to the truck only to discover the problem was not in fact fixed at all. Boss man calls them back and they tell him they can get it back in the shop right away. I go to the service counter and they tell me to get a hotel the truck won’t be done till the following morning. At this point I bought 2 wrench sets and the part and fixed it myself in 1 hr. They lie they don’t communicate the the whole service department is a joke. The parts department seemed ok and very helpful but the service and mechanic department are a complete joke.

I purchased a new Pete here in 2020, had a great experience with the sales department, but then a couple years later I lost a gear in my transmission 70 miles north of OKC and was towed here. Found out I was 7000 miles out of warranty but Eaton decided to help me out by giving me $2500 in assist because I was just out of warranty and it was a part failure that shouldn’t of happened. After 3 weeks of calling them daily because they absolutely never communicate with you it was finally fixed. No mention on the bill of Eaton’s $2500 credit and completely over charged me on labor, when I called them about it I’ve completely been ignored and told that they will call me back and never do!! Never again will I do business with Rush OKC again!! What a bunch of rip off artists!

If I could give them no stars I would. Took 8 days for pick up tubes and 25 feet of fuel line replacement. They lied multiple times about ordering the fuel line and I had to personally find the fuel line for them. I loaded cattle, got 200 miles down the road and realized they fumbled the entire job. I have fuel pouring out of one of my tanks because they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Plus they never put the shut off valves back on my fuel tanks. I would sell my truck and quit trucking before I took my truck back to them.

Poor customer service. When I was there they had maybe two people in front of me and one behind me so four total customers and there were two employees working and one using the computer and talking on his cell phone. It took an hour for them to get me the parts I needed. When I did finally get them they told me they were sitting on a cart outside and I could load them myself and make sure I threw whatever cores I brought with me at the end of the building. Freightliner is a little more expensive but they use a lot of the same parts as Peterbilt and they have A+ customer service. They don’t treat the customer like it bothers them to do their job. I will gladly pay a little extra for better customer service.

Stay away from body and paint. Management is oblivious and does not take care of customers. READ READ READ terms of agreement. You do not sign anything. It's posted that if you leave your vehicle for repairs, then you agree to terms. Their terms cover them in any way possible. Which is a big red flag. They know there will be problems. They hire assistants to do their dirty work, such as emails and phones, so the big wigs do not have to deal with anyone. CROOKS! BE AWARE! Truck looks terrible. Looks as though they reused parts and now the side that was NOT wrecked is leaking. But,I am so done, I will fix myself.And no, I do not want to call and speak to you Rush Truck Center. I've been talking to you for too long. Same excuses. You guys have no idea what is going on. You guys know you're being shady and have no care for your customers. Only want to talk after the fact.

STOP!!! If you are in need of any truck care, services or repairs, I highly recommend Rush!!! Quick, thorough, diagnostics and repair! Literally less than 24hrs from time we pulled up until we pulled out!! The guys at the service department went above and beyond to help us out and take care of us while waiting on our truck. They’re not typical truck repair dealership. They do NOT tell you something outrageous is wrong and actually only be a simple repair. I cannot say enough good about this place and their people. Casey is the best!!! 10/10⭐️ oh and they are open 7 days a week!!~The Leggett’s/JRS Trucking.

Body Shop has done and lost their minds. I will be taking my business elsewhere, how can you fire Ashley She was an extraordinary employee and now that she is at Pro nos I will be taking my business to her. Rush Body Shop, And the two mice managers watch out, all they care about is $$$ and not the customers. Do not do business with them.

RUSH TRUCK OKC BODY SHOP just fired Ashley. She had two vehicles break down on her and couldn’t get to work with having Three kids and they couldn’t even get to school. She is so loved by her co workers and her customers that we are standing up for her because she was discriminated and fired. This Body Shop has poor Management skills and little minions that work under them. They have law suits against them by customers and will have one more to add.

When the old service manager was there this place was amazing now they half do everything I waited 3 and a half weeks for parts 2 weeks later I had to bring the truck back. After getting the truck back the fan belt was loose and had to take it back got the oil change and the tech didn't screw it on all the way and we lost a quart of gas. The alignment was off so we put the truck in the body shop called the next day and the body parts guy says there is nothing wrong with the alignment this place has went to trash. But there is nothing wrong with the alignment

Their parts guys don't know what they are doing or looking at. They messed up pricing from what I was quoted but at least made that right initially; however, they didn't get the right parts or the complete parts that were asked for which cost more than the initial parts quoted. This job im doing is going through an insurance claim creating even more of a headache to try and get approval for the other parts that were suppose to come with the kit but didn't and puts me behind schedule on this job another week or two costing me over $120 from my commissions if thing can't get worked out. Giving 2 stars since they don't always have this many issues but compared to MHC, FP, and other suppliers the errors encountered with Rush are far more numerous.

I have my truck in the body shop at Rush peterbilt in Oklahoma city it has been a nightmare. The quality control is really bad paint not matching part scratched but put on anyway they destroyed the carpet in my sleeper with greasy foot prints. Not sure I would bring another truck here to get repaired
